Some must-visit attractions include Rockport Pier, Rockport Beach Breakwater Pier, The Official History Center for Aransas County, Rockport Beach Park, Fulton Mansion State Historic Site, and Rialto Theater.

Relax out on the deck in an open yard where you can BBQ as you watch the sunset and create everlasting memories with family and friends. From here, you can even see a chandelier in the tree! This is a historic location of the very first Baptist church in Rockport and has weathered a few hurricanes, where the last one landed a chandelier in the tree. The owner has connected a solar light to it so it lights up at night.

Another great place to unwind with your loved ones is the inviting living room, featuring comfortable sofas throughout and a TV with cable to keep you entertained and informed during your stay. Gather here with your guests and plan all of your next adventures or enjoy a tranquil and entertaining time watching TV. When mealtime comes, the well-appointed kitchen will have your back. This coastal-themed kitchen is complete with all the major appliances needed to whip up tasty homemade treats and meals for everyone. Additional perks include a stacked washer/dryer and a second TV in the bedroom.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
