Beautifull Villa
The overall exterior layout & design of the and pool is really high quality architectual work and craftmansship
When it comes to the interior it shows that it originally was 2 mirrored flats and the kitchen is too small and poorly equipped for a 4 bedroomhouse. Rooms are nice with aircon, unfortunately the 2 doublebeds and 2 of the singlebeds are equipped with a gablewall, so the mattresses are max 195 cm and 3 of us are 200 cm +
Pool has a really nice layout and size, deep, clean and with a perfect PH-balance. Also plenty sunloungers and good tables but no "mattresses"
Kitchen is too small, poor quality cupboards, lousy practicality and poorly euipped e.g. 3 only 4-5 knives for eating & 2 breadknifes and a filetting knife.
The sink is perfect and 2 fridges is good and so was the stowe and oven
The aircons in the 4 bedrooms are working but we could only make one remotecontrol work - we were there in October and were REALLY freezing for the first 18 hours after arrival.
The local caretaker was VERY serviceminded and very fast to deliver extra knives
The shared rooms can only be heated via aircons in the 4 bedrooms and it literally takes 7-8 hours with 4 open doors and 4 aircons running to heat up the livingrooms to an acceptable level. When the weather is cold it would be smart that the hourse is preheated at arrival or that an aircon is installed for the purpose
