Great value for money, great accommodation for larger family
Lovely practical house, within easy reach of everything, off street parking in front of the garage (or indeed inside it I guess!), awesome furniture and the best cushion collection this side of an art gallery. Nice little garden at the back too. We loved staying here and it's way better value than many other places we've been in Christchurch. Highly recommended.

Everything we wanted
Family of 4 stayed here in April. Danielle was quick to respond to questions and had the place ready for an early check in. Everything possible is done to make the house feel like a home and we were comfy and cosy for our week's stay.Beds were comfy with tons of blankets and pillows so everyone was happy. Excellent location and family close by meant we didn't really need to cook but the facilities were great if we had needed to. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a family home close to the city.

Cosy and well located
Property is very well located with most facilities nearby and easy access to city centre. Very comfortable beds with plenty of linen, towels and blankets provided. Fully equiped kitchen. Nice rear garden which would have been nicer if a barbecue was provided. Large garage for vehicle parking which included 2nd fridge if needed and full laundry facilities. Downstairs bathroom is very small and there was nowhere to hang towels, maybe installation of some wall hooks would be a good fix. A word of caution when parking car in driveway, keep vehicle back from garage door as it tilts outward. Overall we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The house was very well situated on the outskirts of Christchurch town centre but well within a tree-lined walking distance. The house was very clean well equipped with everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay.

Great convenient place to stay for exploring Christchurch.
A wonderful 4 bedroom home. Clean. Convenient location near the city. When we were there Christchurch had 2 days in the low to mid 30's. One bedroom had a fan, might have been helpful to have a couple more - although we realise Christchurch rarely gets that hot. Only a minor comment. Otherwise there was nothing to fault. Thank you!!!

Highly recommend
We really enjoyed our stay here. As soon as we walked in, it felt so welcoming and homely. Everything was clean and tidy. The shower and bath were great to use and we had everything we needed to be comfortable. It's in a nice area and not far from supermarkets etc. The communication with the owner was awesome too. We would stay here again. Thank you

Ten out of ten for this property. Modern, spacious clean , lovely decor, great linen and sheets. Gorgeous little backyard, perfect for dining outdoors. Big double garage with modern washer and drier. Responsive host. You will need a car if you want to go into the city.

Fantastic accomodation
This property was very clean and comfortable. We only stayed 2 nights but it was very homely and spacious for a family. We had a hire car which could be parked in the garage. The neighbourhood was quiet. Would definately recommend as a good base for anyone wanting a rest from travelling or work.

A home away from home
Lovely property. Very comfortable beds with good decor and home comforts. Nice private garden area. Good having 2 living areas as well as secure garage parking. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. Very happy stay. Only improvement would perhaps be a water filter on the tap as the water appeared cloudy. Overall great property and would definitely stay again.

Great accomodation. Easy to access with excellent instructions, kitchen well equipped, water pressure fantastic, soft towels, good variety of shampoos, conditioners. Lovely private enclosed backyard. Good location & double garage for cars. Comfortable for the five of us. Having two bathrooms/toilets definitely a bonus. Thank you we enjoyed our stay

The property comes with everything needed and is a real gem if you need to stay in Christchurch for business. Palms mall is less than 2km away and many eateries in the vicinity. Parking in the garage is a bonus when it was raining. Most attractions only a short drive away.

Awesome place
Everything you could possibly need was here 4 comfortable queen size bedrooms with heating and plenty of pillows for extra comfort. Use of pickup garage to store our hire vehicle. A home away from home. So close to central Christchurch. No complaints from us will be highly recommending this place.

Thoughtful layout and plenty of space. Communication was excellent and the odds and ends of how things worked in the home were detailed well in letters to the residents. Close to town while not being in the rush. Theres a nice walk along the river close to the house.

Excellent Accomodation
Would highly recommend staying here, it is well equipped with plenty of blankets (including electric blankets on the beds) a heat pump which was already on when we arrived and a small heater in each bedroom. The house was tidy and clean and the neighbourhood was quiet. We have stayed here before in 2016 and would definitely stay here again. Great location close to town and malls. My only comment would be that there was no racks in the oven just a tray (plus a few trays that would need a rack to sit on) it wasn’t a big issue but it did make cooking dinners a bit slow for some meals where we had more than one item in the oven. Overall a very pleasant experience and was a great stay for our family

Lovely well equipped 4 bedroom home with 2 bathrooms, was a prefect fit for our group of pool ladies, while attending competitions at Richmond club. Nice outdoor patio.

My family really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is very nice with plenty of space. It was very clean and well presented. We also really appreciated the little extra things from the owner, fresh milk in the fridge, the heat pump on and curtains pulled for our evening arrival. Highly recommend this property. Great location
The house was perfect for a family of 5- 2 adults and 3 teenagers. Located nice and close to the city made life very easy. We arrived late on a rainy evening and the owners had left the heat pump and light on for us. We felt right at home!

Nice place to stay for our sail GP weekend. House well set up for cold weather with bedding, heaters and electric blankets, although not needed this trip. Large garage and off street parking. A bath tub and lots of hot water. Lounge a bit dark on a dull day. Only complaint would have been that we would have preferred that one or 2 rooms were twin beds ratger than doubles as if a party with kids or friends then cant really sleep 8. Could walk in to town centre in 25 mins. 5 mins car to supermarkets etc.

Christchurch Stay
Great stay at Danielle’s holiday home. Had everything our party of 5 needed. Walkable to the Square and Botanic Gardens. Definitely would recommend Gresford Maison de Ville to families or friends traveling together.
