Please note this property has a private mother-in-law unit on the property which is accessed through the side yard. You may occasionally see folks heading to or from the detached suite, but there are window blinds and curtains that can be securely closed if more privacy is desired. There are no shared walls or spaces, and they have no access codes or keys to the main home.

Do you have a coffee maker and do you supply coffee? — Yes, we a have Nespresso machine and provide the pods as well as creamer and sugar. We also have an electric kettle and teapot for those who prefer tea.

Do you have a washer & dryer? - Laundry facilities are not available at this property.

Do you allow dogs? — Yes! We're happy to host your furry friends, though we do ask that you pick up after them and don't allow them on the furniture.

Do you have off-street parking? Driveway parking is reserved for the guests in the mother-in-law unit, but there is plenty of on-street parking with a large front yard between the road and sidewalk.

Can I use the indoor fireplace? The fireplace is not functional and we please ask that guests do not light fires.

Can I check in early or check out late? — Since the home is usually booked back-to-back, and our cleaners need time to prepare for the next guest, unfortunately we can not accommodate early check in or late check out. Please do not arrive early unless explicitly approved for an early check in, or stay past the designated checkout time.
