This holiday accommodation is located in the Los Gallos area, close to supermarkets, bars, and a pharmacy. La Barrosa Beach and the center of Chiclana are just a few minutes' drive away. Perfect for a holiday with family or friends as it can accommodate up to 10 people.

The single-level villa offers three bedrooms: the main one with an en-suite bathroom, one bedroom with a trundle bed and another one with a double bed. There is also a lounge room with a television and a sofa bed, a small dressing room and a study with a sofa bed.

The kitchen is independent and fully equipped with: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob, etc. The large lounge room has a big window for extra light, and comfortable sofas for all guests. For the colder months of the year, you'll find a fireplace and wall heaters.

The chalet has a garden and a swimming pool which is open all year round (unheated). There is a front porch and a very large back porch with a barbecue, a small sink and a large dining table.

The property provides parking for two cars and WiFi connection.

Five minutes by car from La Barrosa beach. The center of Chiclana is about 14 minutes away by car. In the neighbourhood there is a supermarket and several bars and restaurants.
