Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is convenient from the highway but traffic noise was not a problem. Checkin and checkout was easy. Although the property is dated, it is well kept up.

Great price for the area. Very nice local inn with friendly and caring staff. Only about a 15 minute drive to Main Street Hyannis and close to beaches. Quiet area and conveniently located near the highway.

DISGUSTING!!! I can’t believe this place is allowed to operate. There is mold everywhere, the carpets are gross and stained, dust on everything (this place never gets cleaned), bug guts on every surface, doors you have to kick to secure and the bathroom OMG where do I start!. I CANT SAY THIS LOUD ENOUGH!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

This place should be shut down . It was dirty at the front check in and smelled terrible. Reeked of curry. The room smelled moldy until you put on the AC, but who knows what you breathe in. Bathroom was dirty and dingy. Only the manager would give you limited ice. The tv didn’t work and had to call front desk twice to come look at it. So inconvenient. 3 times the security card to get into room did woo and to get it replaced. I will be contacting the Health Department . This place should not be open to public. And all the outside light’s including the one outside each door stays on all night so it’s bright in room because the blinds are worthless

First of all you get what you pay for. The owner was lovely! We asked for an extra pillow and he delivered it to us right away. Only problem for us was The room was so musty (but smelled like chlorine), very run down, the carpet was disgusting, the shower was in terrible condition. But it smelled clean, toliet and sink were clean, bathroom floor was clean. Read reviews before we stayed but I wasn’t expecting this. It served its purpose.

It's right off of US 6 which is very convenient; all restaurants and supermarkets are about a 8-10 minute drive away.

Old motel with needed updates but it is clean. Bathroom was clean with good water pressure for shower. Room a bit small, air conditioner is loud but all portable window ones are. Does do it part. Breakfast is slim,coffee, packaged danish roll,banana. Pulling Weeds and spraying grass growing between asphalt cracks in driveway would be more appealing as you drive in. Owner was very nice, property very quite and in safe neighborhood.

Proprietor is friendly, price is appropriate for what you get. Decent bed, but many spiders inside room, cleaning staff attempted to come inside room without knocking while we were changing before having checked out the next day and the parking lots are so bright at night there is no easy way to darken the inside of the room sufficiently for sleep.

This place is by far the absolute grossest,nastiest unkept I’ve ever stayed! Stayed for four days and not so much as a wipe down! Bathroom was disgusting to the point that I cleaned it myself before attempting to shower!

This motel-like accommodation is very old, in need of serious cleaning and renovation, if not, to be demolished and to be replaced by a more modern, hôtel. The furniture is musty, the heating/AC system is antiquated, the corners of the bathroom floor are dirty. It is well-situated just off highway 6 in Barnstable County, Massachusetts.

Room looked unclean, washroom not cleaned and lots of dead insects on entrance door. Front office had a terrible culinary scent. Grounds not kept tidy at all.

The room was great. The staff were nice. It was super quiet and I never felt bothered by anyone or unsafe. The only real disappointment was the online details said the place included free breakfast. I was actually counting on that for a meal per day but they do not have breakfast. Other issues were the fridge in the room was warm when I arrived and I was never able to get it cold enough to keep a bag of ice in there without it melting. The ice machine on the property did not work at all and neither did the soda machine. Otherwise, for the price, it was OK.

The place was not as sanitary as I would have liked . The knob for the shower fell off when I tried to use the shower .The grandfather walked the property 24 /7 .they had a half acre garden and green house under the bedroom and bathroom windows so if u opened the window they could hear your whole conversation and they had no heat.

This place should not even be open to the public. There was mold throughout the bathroom ceiling. The bed had no mattress cover and sheets with blood stains and cigarette holes. The blanket were filthy. Broken lampshades. Hole in the bathroom door. A gap in the front door to the outside letting a draft in. Stains on the rug and linens. Smears from something on the walls and above the bed. The microwave was filthy. The view from the room was a trashed backyard area that looked condemned. There was no smoking in the room but it smelled like mold and smoke. We did not stay in this room for more than ten mins before leaving immediately. TAKE RHIS OFF YOUR RENTAL PLATFORM.
