Go Play pool
Well equipped kitchen and good space in the suites. Carpets need changed. Quite noisy because of all the planes that come in straight over the hotel 24/7. Nice pool area and a fun game-room with pool, table tennis etc

Gode lejligheder til fornuftig pris
Gode funktionelle og rummelige lejligheder i Cathedral City. Lækre grønne områder omkranser lejlighederne som ( vist) alle er med balkon eller terrasse. Vi fik en skøn terrasselejlighed med udsigt til bjergene. 2 swimmingpools - en er reserveret til voksne.

Welk I just outside Palm Springs. A fantastic apartment resort. Beautifully placed. excellent apartments, very good pool area, very well kept inside as outside. Strongly recommended.

We stayed here for a week and loved it. The space is older, and the bathtubs and showers and in dire need of replacement but otherwise the rest of the space was updated. All the furniture, dining spaces and couch were very comfortable. The space is large and functional. Washer and dryer were so nice to have. Staff are friendly. The major con is the lobby is and amenities room are heavily perfumed which was borderline nauseating. ALSO CAUTION THE CONCIERGE TABLE! They will offer you a package to stay another 3 nights but you have to sit through a terrible 2 hour scammy thing that I understand may not have anything to do with the hotel. They will try to lock you into just the most vague sketchy vacation club scheme. Be careful and don't waste your time.

The unit was quite spacious which made it very comfortable. The only complaint is that none of the big sporting event channels were available without taking out a one month subscription, which wasn't very practical for a one week stay. We missed all the NHL playoff games during our stay. But hey, we can watch hockey at home, so there you go.

This place was perfect for our family of four. Very family friendly. Great little game room with activities for kids. The pool was clean and really nice. The room was clean, updated and very comfortable and spacious. Loved having the kitchenette and laundry services in the room. We also had a private balcony and large walk-in closet. Truly a great place. Only 15mins from downtown area. Would love to stay here again when we’re back.

Overall it was good for families. Staff was nice and responsive. We loved the pool and it was perfect for little kids. Tons of fun there. The size of room was good and appreciated the full kitchen and washer dryer. Ample parking as well. Some cons: The sofa bed was in rough shape, but king size bed in bedroom was nice. Rooms (bathrooms in particular) and hallways were dated, but were still in good shape. Outdoor carpet on balcony could use replacing. Not sure the $20 USD resort fee per day was really worth it - especially since a lot of free activities were cancelled while there, or were really limited. Then other activities cost more. So we really just got pool towels and the games rooms as part of the fee? There is no real restaurant and the little pool bar/order window seemed to always be closing early. So you definitely need to plan for groceries (Target and Trader Joe’s nearby drive) or meals out elsewhere. Area outside of the resort not so nice, but if you stay on property or drive out to Palm Springs you’re fine. Overall we had nice time and would say for the cost (with the exception of the daily resort fee) it was worth it.

Found it difficult to get a lounger around the pool. People would go down at 7am and put towels on chairs and sometimes not show up until the afternoon. This was very frustrating

We had an issue with bedbugs, notified & showed it to the staff, they sprayed our room about 3 hrs later. I felt it could have been dealt with in a more timely manner & the staff seemed casual about it…”this happens in the desert, we get alot of various bugs”. We asked for some compensation but were told they’d talk to the manager, we tried to talk to the manager but were told more than once they weren’t available.
