Alt i alt en ok oplevelse
Fint hotel, men receptionisten var en smule uhøflig ved ankomsten. Pool- og spa-området var lidt en skuffelse i forhold til billedet. Der lå en brugt ble ved poolen, som ikke blev fjernet. Ikke ligefrem hygiejnisk. Parkering koster ekstra, vær opmærksom på det. Ligger centralt. Alt i alt en ok oplevelse, da værelset ikke fejlede noget.

Not far from city centre, bus stops in both directions very close, food options close by. Spa is wonderful and staff is friendly. Rooms are just like pictured and very nice. Would definitely stay again !

Good location for my trip to Cardiff. With a heavy suitcase I found the entrance steps unwelcoming. Would prefer the smoking area not to be at the hotel entrance.

The carpets needs to changed. Soon after you walk out from the lift there is a strong smell.

Fabulous communal spaces, clearly recently renovated - foyer, bar and restaurant were lovely. ‘Spa’/pool is looking very tired, steam room out of order. Room was nice, bathroom excellent. Biggest impact was the room phone was out of order, meaning I couldn’t call for room service or complain about the idiot who was making a huge noise at 3-3:30am. With a young daughter with me it was impactful.

Just dreadful. Lift not working. Car par entrance closed. Took 2 hours for dinner to arrive. Requested 4 times to see the manager and each time I was promised I’d get a call.

Good location , nearby city center and so many restaurants around . Baseman parking space convenient for guest but very small and tight . Room is clean , mattress very comfortable ; however , sound isolation poor as we can heard cars running , people shouting in the street ... Worse part is - we booked a room with three twine beds , but only got three single beds !

Lovely place to stay, friendly staff. My only complaint is the excessive parking charges, you would think customers staying over night would receive some discount. £21 is very expensive and really makes a difference to the overall cost of stay .

Lovely stay
Really nice room, very spacious and a lovely view of the city. Only downside curtains were too small for the windows and let light in, in the morning waking us up.

Good location for us. The pool and surrounding area were pretty dirty so I did not bother going in. Rooms need a refresh but common areas seemed updated. General service from staff was average. I would not choose to stay in the hotel again as I feel the experience did not reflect the cost.

This is a great, central hotel. We visited Cardiff to watch the rugby and the stadium was an easy walk away. We also felt really safe walking back to the hotel after dark. Parking at the hotel was already full when we arrived so we followed instructions to the nearby NCP car park which has 1000 spaces. Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming when we arrived. Our room was enormous with a fantastic view of the city. We really enjoyed everthing about our stay

Very good stay
Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, really nice pool and gym facilities. Breakfast had a good variety and comfortable and welcoming bar area.

Lovely to have a pool and parking in a city centre hotel. Food was good. Room had a bath and shower and a decent sized TV. Large comfy bed, 2 armchairs and a desk and chair. Well thought through. Parking is expensive but it was convenient.
