A 'run of the mill' hotel. Great for a cheap place to stay.
Stayed in a king size bedroom which seema to always be 2 single beds pushed together, not ideal. Room was bigger than your average room. 28sqm Bathroom lovely and big and all fascilities clean.
Quality of sleep was terrible for me. Pillows suppose to be firm one side and soft the other, there's even leaflets on the side advertising it, they were just a standard pillow and too soft for me. Duvet covers, although plenty of weight and very clean, were extremely noisy when moving around in the night, my sleep was very disturbed.
Breakfast was included, although it was late being prepared, we sat and waited 10 minutes with a coffee. 2 coffee machines, one of them wasnt dispensing Mocha's properly. Breakfast was just the basic, toast, sausage, scrambled egg, hash brown and beans. Although there was no bacon which is unusual in hotels. There was a range of cornflakes too with a choice of semi or whole milk. Restaurant was clean and well maintained although our table had to have the wobbly feet (a spoon soon sorted that). The hotel has bith stairs and 2 lifts controlled with your room card. Unfortunately we could only go up the lift, the lifts wouldnt work coming back down, and we only realised when we were stuck in the lift unable to move. (Very concerning). Luckily we were able to open the doors and take the stairs, not very practical with all our bags.
Nobody at the desk, just a basket to drop your room key into.
