Wonderful Stay in a Beautiful Apartment
We can’t recommend this lovely Mascarat apartment more. It’s exactly as pictured and the views from both terraces are extraordinary. Check in is easy and we highly recommend it for your Costa Blanca stay.

Great property with fantastic view. We had a comfortable stay (6 people) for our summer holiday. The area is very safe and quite with plenty of parking space. Apartment was super clean, arranged with a good taste and equipped with all necessities. Great communication with property managements which supplied us with all informations how to check in and out. Highly recommended.

Encore un beau séjour en Espagne
Les démarches ont ete faciles d un bout à l autre .Nous connaissions la région et avions même séjourné dans un bâtiment adjacent .Cet appartement est vaste et agréable .La clim n est pas forcement utile parce qu on peut faire des courant d air . Nous étions confortablement installés et le toit terrasse est un plus , nous donnant une des plus belle vue de la baie . Peut être envisager de changer les matelas de la chambre avec les deux petits lit . Un petit soucis mécanique avec le frigo à notre arrivée mais très vite résolu .Nous conseillons fortement cet appartement , il est tres abordable par rapport à ce qu il propose . De plus la localisation entre Altea et Calpe est idéale nous permettant de naviguer entre les deux à notre gré . Merci encore pour ce super sejour

Très agréable séjour
Ce logement est situé en hauteur et depuis la terrasse, on peut voir toute la baie d'Altéa, c'est magnifique. L'appartement est très bien conçu et très confortable. La résidence est très calme. La communication avec Anita et Stuart s'est très bien passée également. Je recommande fortement.

Beautiful view’s from both the terraces lovely pool too.
Lovely holiday at the apartment, good communication from Anita & Stuart and the owner. Altea is lovely the nearby marina is great not a lot of restaurants, but the ones that are there are good ( not cheap though).We did use the under ground garage once, but mainly parked on the road there’s always spaces. We traveled all around Costa Blanca some lovely place’s to visit Javia ,Moraira & Altea old town are so lovely to visit and have a meal at. But there are a few negatives the beds are hard and the pillows aren’t good, if you don’t like memory foam pillows it’s not good because the other pillow are old lumpy off coloured not exctepable really they need changing. Also we couldn’t find pegs incase you want to do some washing our small amount of washing was on the floor became it was a bit windy! Settee was dirty in the grooves and the throws and cushions need washing too.especially with what we’ve all been through with Covid. In all great holiday but the apartment needs some up grading just seems like everything is dated and old.

Excellent, views ,location, 3 beds, 2 baths, everything needed was provided. Only slight draw back, sun beds need changing, all three were damaged. if time allows definitely return

Lovely Apartment
A great apartment overlooking the sea. Check in was easy with Anita waiting for us when we arrived. The apartment was well stocked with utensils and the front balcony was ideal for sitting in the sun having a coffee (or something stronger). A car is essential but the overall experience was exceptional.

Très belle surprise
Très bel appartement au dernier étage, propre, fonctionnel et confortable. Les 2 terrasses surplombent la baie d'Altea. La piscine est chouette et bien entretenue. La réactivité des gérants est bonne et leur accueil agréable. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Hubo una diferencia del precio de la oferta al que me cobraron
El alojamiento no a estado mal, la mujer que nos dio las llaves y me comuniqué con ella apenas entendía el castellano. Y sobre todo el anuncio estaba en un precio y después me cobraron otro más caro el cual no han sabido decirme el por qué por el tema del idioma o que se han hecho los suecos nunca mejor dicho.

I didn't stay at this property
I'm not sure why I am being asked to review this, as we never stayed at this property, we only enquired. Due to the rapidly changing Covid -19 situation and a small out break in the Marina Alta region in Spain, we had to make and change our plans at the last minute.

Great property, great location. Arrival process really good and meant we had all day on the first day to explore rather than be stuck with the luggage. The beach bar is great. The balconies get sun all day. It’s up a steep hill so if walking is a problem then be prepared.

Couple of improvements: Handbars in the bathtubs/shower to prevent slipping IRON does not work Some pots need a check on chipping of the anti-burning layer Matresses are small and HARD to sleep on These are some points of improvement for a perfect penthouse, very bright, luxuoes, beautiful view and good price. Enjoyed my stay for 100%

Peaceful retreat
Fabulous views, enjoyed the quiet and peace of the area. Comfortable apartment equipped with everything you could possibly need. Good booking experience, lots of information given to ensure we had a good holiday. We particularly appreciated the flexibility for checking in and checking out. Great communication from the owner and the property manager. Would strongly recommend car hire for this area

Penthouse Paradise!
This is a perfectly placed beautiful apartment in a wonderful modern urbanisation with spectacular views over the sea to Altea and beyond. This 3 bedroom penthouse apartment has everything you could possibly need for a fabulous holiday including an absolutely brilliant swimming pool which was kept spotlessly clean. Whilst we were there we appeared to be the only people using the pool - it was a real treat to have it to ourselves. The air-conditioning in the apartment took a while to get used to: there was only one control which meant all the bedrooms were at the same temperature - great for my antarctic-loving friends but harder for me who tends to prefer an ambient rather than freezing temperature. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable and having 2 bathrooms is definitely a plus. There are cafes and restaurants within a 20 minute walk going downhill, but it’s a real test on the calf muscles coming back! Altea and Calpe are the nearest big towns and both are well worth visiting for different reasons - so much history, so many beautiful buildings including a stunning cathedral in Altea and let's not forget the Russian Church close by which you really shouldn't miss. The beaches in both towns are well worth visiting as well; both have great promenades with lots of tourist shops, cafes and restaurants; Calpe perhaps has the sandier beach. I would say you need a car to stay here because although there are things to do locally, further afield along the coast and inland to the mountains there are just so many places to explore - more than enough to keep you busy for however long you stay. When we go back, this apartment is where we will go back to, there is absolutely no reason to stay anywhere else!

Perfect Apartment perfect view's.
After taking some time to find the right place for our October holiday, we decided this would be the one, we arrived at Alicante airport picked up our hire car and followed the instructions we had been given, we were met near the apartment and followed them there. The underground car park is tight but I managed it know problem, you can just park outside if you wish. It was dark on our arrival but on entering the apartment we all had smile's on our faces, I had definitely picked the right one. The following morning just confirmed that when we opened the windows and doors to the balcony and roof terrace, the veiws are just incredible, no camera can capture it really. The whole place has everything you need and more. You do need a hire car when staying here, the marina is a 15 minute walk down hill and has a mix of restaurants and bars, but it's not cheap, Altea and Calpe are both close in the car and a taxi around 15euro is worth while, there are many places to eat and drink. Overall if your looking for a relaxing place to stay and want to wake up to stunning veiws every day😀 This place has it all. We had three kids 17, 17 ,10 with us they probably would have preferred to be in Calpe town so they could have accessed more things without me driving them, but that said they loved the apartment and it's chilled vibe. Thank you to Anita and her staff for the help they gave and the the owner John for giving people the chance to stay. We will come back. Mr Turnbull

wonderful location, fab to sit on the terrace taking in the stunning sea and mountain views
Very good apartment, comfortable with all amenities, accept we could not get the cooker or grill to work (that was the only negative about the inside). Great location, quiet. Perhaps we would stay nearer to Altea town next time, but the Marina below has everything you need: bars, restaurants, a deli..... lovely friendly people. Doubtful it is a ten minute walk down to the Marina though (as stated in the info pack), so had to drive there. We loved daytime by the pool and evenings playing cards on the terrace, lots to do during the day, good market in Altea on Tuesday and nearby Calpe is lovely. Wont bother with Benidorm again (!) but it is what it is.... very friendly and helpful meet & greet on arrival. Good to leave the car in the underground car park, everything felt secure. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Vistas impresionantes
La ubicación es extraordinaria y la casa está muy bien. Las vistas son impresionantes y la urbanización es muy tranquila para ir con niños. Hemos disfrutado casi solos de la piscina y el aparcamiento es un valor añadido. La única pega que puede tener es que para ir a cualquier sitio tienes que coger el coche. Anita y Stuart nos recibieron muy bien, enseñándonos toda la casa y orientándonos sobre los alrededores. Una estancia muy agradable.

Great stay - apartment equipped to very high standard with fantastic views
We spent a week at the end of May and had a fantastic stay. The apartment is equipped to a high standard and is very spacious - having two 15 year olds with us meant we weren’t on top of each other all the time. Nice little touches such as information pack with maps and guides for the area, also use of beach items such as beach chairs and inflatables as well as sun beds on the roof terrace. We spent time around the pool and were the only ones using it - the two 15 year olds choosing to use the roof terrace. The grounds and communal areas were immaculate and the area very quiet both day and night. Final plus point for anyone with teenagers - the free WiFi!

The penthouse's location is excellent and the property is very clean and modern looking
We stayed at the penthouse for a week from 13th to 20th February 2018. The penthouse is extremely well located. The property enjoys sunshine throughout the day and the sunsets are beautiful. There is a big balcony from the lounge, a balcony from one of the bedrooms and a rooftop from where the sights are amazing. It is a very clean property with very good facilities. The area is very quiet and one can go for long walks from the property. The owner has provided a lot of very useful information on the area. The agents looking after the property were very good and helpful. The owner responds very quickly. We would recommend this property.

Excellent accommodation we were greeted by Stuart and Anita quite late they couldn't do enough for us . Would highly recommend this property it caters for everyone's needs excellent information on arrival a car is a must stunning views it is maintained to the highest level plenty of places to eat and drink you can't go wrong staying here will definitely be going back

We had a lovely week in Altea at the beginning of June. The apartment was perfect for us with three children. Very clean, well equipped, comfortable and the views are stunning. The pools are lovely too in nice grounds. It is a quiet area, you definitely need a car but it's a short, easy drive to Altea or Calpe. We would definitely recommend a stay and hope to return one day.

Delightful location, beautiful apartment and fabulous hospitality and support
We arrived at Alicante airport late, picked up the hire car and were held up by a traffic accident until well after midnight. Anita and Stuart, who were managing the property, came and met us en route and escort us back, which was a lifesaver. The apartment was spotlessly clean, really well equipped, and we had a fabulous time. Thoroughly recommended.

A comfortable and well maintained apartment and community
The apartment was ideal for a winter stay. Plenty of warm bedding and throws for the cool nights, TV, books and DVD's for cosy evenings. The service from the local agent was first class.

Beautiful clean spacious apartment with stunning views, couldn't fault it!
A fabulous spacious apartment with stunning views from both terraces. It had all the equipment to make it a home from home. Marina approx 10-15 mins walk. The restaurants were all open tho a little quiet, maybe due to time of year. Car is essential as there are no buses and no way to walk into Altea unless you are prepared to paddle for about 50 yards or so in the sea as path disappears. Taxis were about 12 to 15 Euro into Altea which we used a few times. There are restaurants aplenty in Altea and Albir. All in all a lovely holiday....maybe just a little too far out they way for us.
