The villa is great for 2 families, with 2 separate wings on either side of the house. One with 3 bedrooms and the other with 2, each side had separate bathrooms, to keep some privacy. We were a group of 4 adults and 3 children and had plenty of space.
The view from the villa is fantastic and better than we had expected, breakfast on the terrace with fresh croissants and bread from the bakery in Bargemon was a special treat.
The pool was a fantastic addition, it was heated and we used it everyday in late May. The kids (and adults) loved it.
The road up to the villa is very steep and on the inside of a corner, we missed it the first time, but once we found it, it was no problem.
We saw some reviews about walking to Callas, but we always drove (less than 5 mins) as there no pavement and the cars come around the windy road quite quickly.
We'd recommend a visit to La Gruipe in Callas, a restaurant with an amazing view and great authentic food. And if you venture further, Le Clavero in Claviers was a real find. The chef and waiter there were very accommodating to some special dietary needs and made us feel very welcome.
