Incredible Views from this Downtown Condo
Enjoy the fantastic views of the city from the floor to ceiling windows in our downtown condo! This 2-bedroom condo is large enough to host 6 guests at at time, since we have a pull out sofa bed in the living room! The condo features an open concept design, fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher), in suite laundry machines, a private balcony patio, high speed internet access and available secure on site parking. We're walking distance from Stampede Park; in the Beltline neighbourhood.
The Space:
This bright and airy apartment is in the perfect location! Only steps away from outdoor tennis courts and public parks, and walking distance from Stampede Park! You'll be just a few blocks from downtown, in the Beltline neighbourhood of Calgary's Design District.
The open concept design feels even more spacious with the floor to ceiling windows, offering fantastic views of the city! As soon as you step in, sunlight floods in through these huge floor-to-ceiling windows. The floors are laminate and flow smoothly all over the place. The main bedroom? It's got a King-sized bed and a stunning ensuite bathroom. And guess what? The second bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and its own entrance to a patio. Oh, and the living room sofa magically turns into a full-sized bed, hosting two more guests!
You won't believe it, but there's in-suite laundry too! The kitchen is decked out with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and plenty of cupboard space. There's also this spacious den area right off the kitchen that's perfect for both dining and chilling out.
Let's not forget the east-facing balcony with killer views of downtown Calgary! Plus, there are built-in features all around for your storage needs. This place seriously has it all!

Guest Access:
You will have exclusive use of this apartment. There is dedicated parking in the secure, underground parking garage for one vehicle at a cost of $20.00/night. There is also paid street parking available near the complex. The building is wheelchair accessible with a ramp at the entrance and an elevator to take you to your floor.

2. We offer on-site, underground parking for one vehicle at $20 per day. Please inquire for further details about obtaining a parking pass. You will need to park your vehicle temporarily outside the building upon arrival while you go up to the unit to collect the garage fob. Please obey all street signs.
