Guest have access to the entire apartment and have complete privacy.

-The flat is on the ground floor and newly renovated
-We do not allow visitors. Only the people staying get entry into the building.
-Please adhere to the Check out timings, it allows us enough time to clean & sanitize the apartment for the next guest.
-Usage of banned substances on the property is strictly prohibited.
-No drinking or loud Music near the Pool.
-Pool is charged separately as it is subject to availability and can availed at Rs 100 per person for 3 hours
Other things to note
-For check-in/check-out after 8 PM and Before 9 AM, there will be a convenience fee of 500 rupees subject to availability.
This amount goes towards compensating the caretaker to travel from his place for checking in/out guests n return and off-working efforts.
