A place you want to keep to yourself
Don’t hesitate- just book Marco’s villa. You will not be disappointed. We stayed a week at Oasis Villa la Poiana - and loved every minute of it. The pool is an absolute dream. The house is beautiful and everything is of a very high standard. Marco was very welcoming and he made us feel right at home. We would love to stay at Oasis Villa la Poiana again. It was the best holiday! We didn’t want to leave. Thank you very much Marco😊

Fantastisk beliggenhed
Vi har haft 2 fantastiske uger i denne skønne feriebolig. Der var ALT i huset. Vi skulle kun medbringe egne fornødenheder og sørge for forplejning. Som et hotelophold. Swimmingpool der også egner sig til børn, samt en børnepool. Fra grunden er der en formidabel udsigt ned over Buti og hele dalen. Henset til adgangsforhold, grundens opbygning med trapper etc., er denne bolig dog ikke egnet til gangbesværede/kørestolsbrugere

Perfekt ferie
Det skønneste sted man kunne tænke sig, alt spiller. Der er en udsigt man kun kan drømme om ud over landskabet. Huset er mega hyggeligt dejlig køkken med alt hvad man har brug for af krydderier, sukker, viskestykker osv. 4 Dejlig store værelser og 2 gode badeværelser. Der er en kæmpe stor overdækket terrasse hvor vi stort set boede med den skønneste udsigt. Pizzaovnen blev prøvet med stor Succes. Poolen, poolens område var rigtig lækkert og lige hvad man havde brug for til ren afslapning. Marco som ejer huset er meget hjælpsom og værner om gæsternes privat liv. Buti er en hyggelig by med mange indkøbtes muligheder. Dette sted får min bedste anbefaling

Uforglemmeligt ophold
Ord kan ikke beskrive hvilket fantastisk ophold vi har haft i Marcos hus i Buti. Huset og omgivelserne levede til fulde op til vores forventninger. Vi følte os hjemme allerede fra første dag. Huset ligger på bjergsiden med en fantastisk udsigt over byen. Huset er enormt hyggeligt indrettet, materiale- og farvevalg er helt i top. Poolområdet, hvor vi tilbragte rigtig meget tid, må siges at være husets midtpunkt. Poolen er dejlig stor og har flere features. Vi har sjældent oplevet en så sød, imødekommende og gæstfri udlejer som Marco. Han gjorde alt, hvad han kunne, for at vi fik et dejligt ophold. Hvis I skulle få lyst til at få besøg af en lokal kok, som serverer udvalgte italienske retter, kan vi på det varmeste anbefale Daniela Cuoca. Vi fik serveret en fantastisk 5-retters menu. Det var en meget stor oplevelse. Da vi forlod huset kneb vi alle en tåre, at vi fik lov til at tilbringe en uge i dette skønne hus har været en drøm som gik i opfyldelse. Der er ingen tvivl om, at vi kommer igen, og vi kan kun medgive de bedste og varmeste anbefalinger.

Fantastiskt ställe!
Inget slår utsikten från detta stället! Helt fantastisk utsikt från terrassen och poolen utanför huset och fågelkvittret runt omkring. Värdigt bra bas för utflykter runtom i Toscana och huset och poolen vill man inte lämna. Utöver detta var värdarna otroligt serviceminded och snabba på att svara och agera på våra meddelanden. Då vår italienska är ikke-existerande och deras engelsk inte så god så var det lättast att kommunicera på skrift :) Kan starkt rekommenderas!

Specular views!
We had amazing stay at the Villa in the hills of Buti, Italy. It was centrally located which allowed us to visit 6 different destinations, Lucca, Pisa, Florence, San Gimignano, Siena and Cinque Terre! The house was cozy and quaint with comfortable beds. The view from the outside patio was breathtaking and even took a dip in the pool, a little chilly but invigorating! Marco and Guilia were very attentive to everything we needed. The Chef dinner was delicious and fun! A week we will never forget. Grazie!

Beautiful Buti
Marco was an incrediable host. The property and house are even more beautiful than the photo's. The house was fully equiped with everything we needed and more. High quality linens, towels and lots of them if needed. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Marco provided help in the form of a translator who was extremely helpful with answering questions on the area and making reservations for us. Marco arranged to have Chef Daniela come to the house while we were there and I highly recommend this. It was hands down the best meal we had in Italy. She also brought a helper to serve and clean, we had to do nothing, just like a restaurant but in comfort of home. It was a highlight of our vacation in Italy. Thank you Marco, you have such an amazing Casa, we didn't want to leave.

Tolle Villa in ruhiger Lage
Die Villa liegt etwas außerhalb des Ortes Buti und somit in einer ruhigen Gegend in der man ungestört ist. Die Kommunikation mit Besitzer Marco war hervorragend und sowohl Check-In als auch Check-Out völlig unkompliziert. Zum Abschalten und Entspannen laden entweder die liegen am Pool oder die Sitzmöglichkeiten auf der Terrasse ein. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können diese Villa nur empfehlen.

Great house great location
We (a family of 6 including 4 teenagers) spent almost a week at Marco’s house and were sad to leave. The house and its setting were gorgeous. Nothing was left to chance. The house is clean and Marco and his wife have thought of everything their guests could need during their stay. We had some of our best meals in Italy in the village of Buti at a restaurant recommended by Marco. Daniela, the private chef recommended by Marco, showed us how to make gnocchi and prepared for us a wonderful meal one night. The cities of Florence, Pisa and Lucca are close enough for a day visit. We will return to this house one day.

Beautiful Tuscany Villa in Buti
This villa is breath taking - we enjoyed every minute there . Beautiful views, and very charming. Marco was a superb host, we were welcomed with open arms . We had the chefs prepare 2 meals , just amazing , best food ever , you will not regret it . Family Vacation
Fantastic property with all the required facilities. The pool is amazing and the views are breath taking. Essentials are sorted for your arrival, so there’s no massive rush to get to the supermarket. Buti is a beautiful town with a great choice of restaurants…although our best meal of the week was with private chef Daniela, cooking traditional Tuscan meals, superb!!

Insgesamt ist es ein tolles Ferienhaus mit einer sehr gepflegten Anlage, inklusive großem Pool. Der Hausherr ist sehr kommunikativ, immer erreichbar und hat jedes Problem gelöst. Eine klare Empfehlung für Familien.

Amazing
I’m very happy to say that this villa lives up to all the glowing reviews. My family and I were welcomed by Marco and Giulia. They were so warm from the very start, and responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The villa is beautiful, the pool is even better than expected, and the views from the multiple terraces are outstanding. We did day trips, we relaxed by the pool, we ate outside on the covered terrace! Marco also arranged for Daniela to prepare a fantastic, authentic feast for us. She and Virginia helped to make it a very memorable evening. You have to try the Lemon Delight! We had the quintessential Tuscan holiday, thanks to Marco!

Like in the Movies!
We met Marco our host and Giulia who helped with all our needs. Let me tell you, this place is what you dream about when you think of a Villa in the hills of Tuscany. It is beyond beautiful. Nestled in the hills above villages below. The house is newly designed but maintains the feel of what you would expect to see there. The pool is magnificent, with many unusual and fun features. Sitting at the pool or on the balconies provides breath taking views of the beautiful countryside. From there we took many day trips, including Lucca and Pisa. On the last night there, Daniela and Victoria, local chefs came and cooked an amazing dinner for all of us, they were a joy to be with and the food was awesome! I would definitely love to return to this Villa in the future! Thank you Marco!

Wunderschöne Woche mit der Familie
Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in diesem traumhaften Ferienhaus! Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und 2 Kids und es hat vom Platz, der Ausstattung und dem großen Pool für alle perfekt gepasst! Wir können dieses Haus zu 100 % empfehlen! Die Besitzer haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und alles Wichtige erklärt. Ein E Auto konnten wir ohne Aufpreis auch direkt auf dem Parkplatz laden. Das war super praktisch. Vielen Dank für den erholsamen Urlaub auf diesem gepflegten Anwesen!

Absolute perfection!
To echo many of the other reviews, upon arrival we quickly recognized that this home is even more stunning than the photos. It is beautifully restored, spotlessly clean and the views of the valley are iconic. Each day we watched the neighboring sheep while we enjoyed our espresso outside. The pool is fabulous and very well maintained. Marco and Lucia are gracious hosts and they have curated a perfect place to enjoy your Tuscan vacation. Restaurant recommendations were spot on - we dined at two restaurants in town. We had a medical emergency only 5 minutes after Marco left us (faulty luggage- not at all related to the house) and Marco and Giulia escorted us to the hospital. Giulia stayed with our son to translate and help navigate his experience at the hospital. We are very grateful for their help and their generous spirit.

Amazing Tuscan Property!
Staying at this house was the highlight of our trip to Italy. It is AMAZING! The pictures online are great but the real thing is even better. The grounds are immaculate, the house is beautiful, spacious and clean, and the views are fabulous! We enjoyed meeting Marco--he was very helpful and kind. Due to its central location to where we wanted to go, we had fun day trips but also spent days at the house just enjoying the pool/outdoor living spaces, exploring the property, and taking in that view. Heavenly!!
This a gem! It was even more impressive than we expected. Beautifully restored and so well kept. We had everything we needed and more. Marco and his wife were amazing hosts, even throwing a surprise birthday party for one of our friends. Great communication and responsiveness. This has to be the best view in the area. It was also a great spot for our side trips to Cinque Terre, Pisa and Florence. I recommend it highly!!

Awesome villa and a great place to discover Tuscany
A beautiful villa with an amazing pool, the villa was clean well equipped, in a good condition, everything you can think off for a great vacation. Communicating with Marco was easy and Marco was always quick in his response. An absolute Highlight was the private dinner by chef Daniella. We would highly recommend to check with Marco about the options for a in-house, private dinning by Daniella. Thanks Marco for a great vacation!!

Wow! The most perfect way to experience Tuscany!
Wow! This place is absolutely incredible, perfect in every way. A beautiful and large pool, comfortable common areas, good beds, a well-equipped kitchen and everything was so very clean. The pictures, as great as they are, just cannot do this place justice. However nice you think this place is, I assure you it is better. We travelled for my husband’s 50th birthday with family and couldn’t have imagined a better place for us. Host, Marco Viti, is always quick to respond, very helpful with suggestions and so hospitable. We were greeted with a bottle of Prosecco and he even booked a birthday dinner for us and paid for our birthday cake /dessert. We also took advantage of the offer to book a chef to cook dinner one evening and that too was incredible - we highly recommend. Everything about this place was just perfect.

Beautiful Villa with easy access to many areas
Marco is a wonderful host, and his home very well maintained and easy to access. We drove each day to a different area of Tuscany. A few things to note about the villa… we were there in late April, the temperature varied, cool nights and warm days. We were told the fireplace was not operational but it would have been nice to use it at night. The description said the pool was heated, but it was not turned on yet… it may be too early in the season but it was one of the reasons we chose this villa. Overall it was a great stay and we would come back again.

excellent villa with great host
Marco's villa was the best villa we experienced in Italy. We were a family of 4 adults and 3 children, this property can definitely accommodate 9 persons. The property was clean well equipped and in a very good condition. It was clear that Marco wanted to provide us great experience. The view down to the valley is amazing. Marco gave us great recommendation for transportation, dinner options day trip and wineries. Marco that was great to meet a host who is so interested in the satisfaction of his guests, we definitely will come again.

Wunderschön!
Wir wurden vom Gastgeber sehr herzlich empfangen. Er hat uns durchs Haus geführt und alles erklärt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und es hat jeglichen Komfort. Wir waren 4 Paare und alle hatten ein eigenes geräumiges Zimmer. 2 Bäder standen zur Verfügung, was manchmal zu einem Engpass führte, vor allem morgens. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet. Auch fanden wir Gewürze. Oel, Essig und viele weitere Lebensmittel vor, welche frei zur Verfügung standen. Eine Waschmaschine stand ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Handtücher durfte man aus dem Kasten nehmen, wenn es zu knapp wurde. Toilettenpapier hatte es genügend. Der Pool ist gross und wunderschön. Badetücher standen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Das Haus befindet sich an einem Hang mit relativ steiler Anfahrt. Die Aussicht ist dafür atemberaubend. Die bekannten Städte wie Lucca, Pisa und Florenz erreicht man zwischen 40 min. und +- einer Stunde. Alles in allem ein wunderbarer Ort um Ferien zu machen. Grazie mille Marco (George) :)

Superb villa
Marco Viti’s villa in Buti is superb, the setting is beautiful with views down into the valley, it is thoughtfully and beautifully furnished, with a well equipped kitchen and a fabulous wood-fired outdoor oven. The pool and outdoor sitting and dining areas are terrific. A beautiful place.

Awesome House, Friendly Host, Great Recommendations
My family and I had the BEST vacation in Buti/the Tuscany area and Marco was such an excellent host. The property was clean, beautiful and the pictures honestly don't do it justice! Marco was great at communicating and gave us the best recommendations from dinner spots to day trips and wineries. I also HIGHLY recommend asking Marco about the in-home chef for your stay - we booked two nights of this and chef Daniella & her team were absolutely fabulous and gave us such an authentic Italian experience. The second we arrived we already talked about booking again! Thank you for the greatest experience Marco - such a memorable family vacation.

wunderschönes Haus in perfekter Lage, riesiges Pool mit Gegenstromanlage und jede Menge Zusatzfeatures, Haus perfekt ausgestattet, Outdoorküche, Marco als Gastgeber jederzeit erreichbar, bei Problemen sofort zur Stelle, immer ausgesprochen nett und freundlich 2 Mal haben wir über Marco eine Köchin gebucht (Daniela), 5 gängiges Menü, typisch toskanische Küche, sehr sehr zu empfehlen!!!! ... einfach ein perfekter Urlaub

Wunderschöne Villa mit tollem Pool
Wir haben 14 sehr erholsame Urlaubstage mit zwei Familien (Kinder im Jugendalter) in dieser wunderschönen Villa verbracht. Die Villa ist innen sehr schön und hochwertig eingerichtet, die Zimmer sind geräumig, die Bäder ebenso und die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet mit sehr guten Geräten. Allerdings haben wir meist die tolle Außenküche genutzt, um entweder zu grillen oder im Pizzaofen mit Aussicht auf Buti Pizza zu backen. Der Pool könnte nicht schöner und größer sein, das Wasser war immer sauber und wurde regelmäßig mit dem Poolroboter gereinigt. Insgesamt war die gesamte Außenanlage sehr schön gestaltet, der Blick auf Buti war herrlich, auf der überdachten Terrassenfläche war den ganzen Tag über Schatten und auch am Pool waren durch die Sonnenschirme genügend schattige Plätze. Schöner kann man sich eine Unterkunft kaum vorstellen, um einen erholsamen und entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen. Vielen Dank für die freundliche Aufnahme, lieber Marco!

This is one of the best properties we have stayed at! So comfortable, well equipped, amazing views, great pool! I don't have anything negative to say. The hosts were lovely, communication very good and prompt, it was a lovely relaxing week in a beautiful place.

Fantastic villa in beautiful setting in Tuscany
We are a family of 6 with 4 teenagers and the villa was just perfect for us! We knew from the pictures that it would be a lovely place to spend our vacation, but the reality exceeded all our expectations. It was mind blowing. The amazing view over the hills, the luxury pool area, BBQ and logg fired pizza oven and the terrace. The host Marco with wife and Giulia gave us a very warm welcome and gave recommendations of local restaurants and other requests that we had. Marcos hospitality made us feel as home directly! We will definitely come back again!

Excellent service
We were so looking forward to staying at this beautiful villa to celebrate my husbands 60th birthday with the whole family. Unfortunately our flights were cancelled when we boarded with no other flights available. I contacted Marco he was marvellous responded straight away and has been so helpful offering us a full refund which he didn’t have to do. I will definitely booking with VRBO and this villa again

Es war einfach wundervoll, tolle Villa in perfekter Lage !
Hallo Marco, wir verbrachten 14 wundervolle Tage in dieser traumhaft schönen toskanischen Villa. Der Gastgeber Marco Viti hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und war jederzeit hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Unsere Erwartungen wurden mehr als übertroffen. Die Poollandschaft ist ein Traum ! Die Zimmer im Haus sind liebevoll eingerichtet und man fühlt sich sehr wohl. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und im Außenbereich befindet sich ein Grill sowie ein Pizzaofen, den wir regelmäßig nutzten. Das Grundstück ist sehr gut eingezäunt, so das unser Hund den ganzen Urlaub frei herumlaufen konnte. Alle schönen toskanischen Städte sind in weniger als einer Stunde gut erreichbar. Es war eine tolle Zeit und wir kommen ganz sicher wieder !!! Vielen Dank lieber Marco für alles Herzliche Grüße Annette und Michael

Perfect location for relaxing vacation
Beautiful house in breathtaking location. Very low key within an hour of most Tuscany sightseeing locations. Quaint village with lovely restaurants. Look forward to returning again some day.

Fantastisch
Ein wunderbares Haus in der Toskana. Es fehlt an Nichts. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgerüstet. Sowie auch der Aussengrill. Der Pool ist fantastisch, sowie das ganze Haus und der Garten. Die Kinder genossen den Pool sehr und wir die Atmosphäre. Wir konnten wunderbar auf der Terasse oder im Garten beim Boccia spielen verweilen. Die Aussicht auf Buti ist traumhaft. Buti ist ein kleines herziges Dorf mit einem Laden fürs Nötigste und einer Bar mit Töggelikasten, was unsere Kinder super fanden. Es hat auch eine Olivenölproduktion im Dorf,wo man direkt Olivenöl kaufen kann. Die Gelateria weiter unten ist ein perfekter Halt nach einem Ausflug. Lucca und Pisa sind in 40 min mit dem Auto erreichbar und auf jeden Fall ein Ausflug wert. Wir kamen aber immer wieder gerne zurück ins Haus und genossen die Ruhe der Umgebung mit Blick auf die schönen Olivenhaine. Marco wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Perfekter Urlaub! Von Anfang an entstand ein sehr sympathischer Kontakt zu Marco und seiner Familie. Beim Ankommen wurden wir herzlich empfangen und das ganze Haus wurde ausführlich besichtigt und viele nützliche Informationen und Tipps wurden uns mitgeteilt. Die Villa und der Garten mit Pool einfach nur eine perfekte Oase. Die Gestaltung sehr gemütlich, herzlich und sehr sauber. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen und wir hoffen bald wieder Gast sein zu können!

Deluxe for a week!!
Staying in this house is a trip from normal life to a moment of luxury and distraction. Starting with the location: this is more than lovely as the house enthrones in the olive hills over Buti - you stay without disturbance in the middle of olives & forest. The house itself is beautifully built in tuskan style, cozy and well equipped with every little detail, even detergent for washing machine and spices in the kitchen. Marco as the host is more than hospitable, flexible and friendly - he even brought an interpreter when he welcomed us. So nothing to add, it was a lovely stay! Many thanks, Marco!

Our home away from home!!
Marco, Lucia and their helpful translator friend met us upon arrival. They showed us every detail of the property and even gifted us a bottle of prosecco before they were done. We were given full access to everything they had inside and outside of the home. Even though it was colder during this time (around 70F) we were able to use the pool and Marco was gratious enough to allow us access to the sauna. We used both, but only for a short period :). The grill and pizza oven located outside were available to use and although we didn't use it, Marco went through how to use them with us. Marco also helped us with reservations for dinner at local restaurants. He offered to do this upon arrival and we also messaged him to help us with them as well. The location to town is perfect and there are many restaurants. Marco again is helpful with making reservations and suggestions. Marco did give us restaurant and food recommendations and they were spectacular. There is a COOP grocery store not too far away that has all you need to make a meal at home or even pick up meals. After a long day of trips to Pisa, Lucca, and wineries, we enjoyed relaxing indoors and outdoors with a bottle of wine. The home is so warm, cozy and relaxing we even just spent one day to fully enjoy it. We were in touch with Marco the entire time and he even messaged us just to make sure we were comfortable. Also on a day we didn't feel well he offered to help in any way. We can't say enough great things about Marco, Lucia and their home. If you want to get away from the cities of Italy and enjoy the country side of Tuscany. Look no further. This is the most amazing place, with the most gracious hosts in Tuscany. Thank you so much Marco and Lucia for allowing us to stay at your home. You made us feel like we were part of your family. We will never forget it and hopefully be back real soon!!

Schöne Anlage
Das Haus mit Garten und Pool is toll. Tolle Aussicht und wunderschöne Anlage. Für uns war es etwas zu abgelegen von Läden und Städtchen (Luca, Pisa). Anfangs war der geheizte Pool kurz auf 26° danach 22° anfangs Oktober bis Mitte. Wir würden daher eher den Sommer empfehlen sonst macht der tolle, riesige Pool weniger spass mit Kindern. Wir hatten noch 2 Tage probleme mit Rostwasser und Sicherungen, welche ausgelöst haben. Aber dies bekommt der Vermieter sicher wieder in Griff für den nächsten Mieter (Herbst 2021). Dem Vermieter kann man vertrauen er reagiert aktiv auf Probleme. Und im Haus fehlt es an nichts wir konnten sogar das elektroauto mit ca. 1.4KW gratis laden.

Traumhaus mit tollem Blick
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt rundum genossen. Marco ist ein toller Gastgeber, hat alles genau erklärt und war immer för Fragen zu erreichen. Man merkt, dass es ihm und seiner Frau ein Bedürfnis ist, den Gästen einen wunderschönen Urlaub zu ermöglichen. Vielen Dank dafür Marco! Die ganze Anlage ist in Wirklichkeit noch schöner, als,auf den Bildern, überall Sitzmöglichkeiten, Blumenkübel und Pflanzen. Die Poolanlage ist besser als in vielen Hotels. Und wenn man wie wir einen Hund dabei hat, alles ist ausbruchssicher umzäunt mit vielen Schnupper-Möglichkeiten. Und auch innen ist alles da was man sich wünscht und braucht, sogar Gewürze und Öl. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Unser Highlight war der Blick auf Buti - unbedingt mal Sonntagsabends ins Leben eintauchen. Empfehlung für einen Capuccino und ein Hörnchen Cafe Scuderie, lecker und günstig.
