Recently upgraded and beautifully furnished throughout, this spacious and private three-bedroom apartment features an open floor plan with a full kitchen, dining area, dedicated workspace, and a living room with 65” Smart TV.

Fully appointed modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with fresh crisp new linens, pillows, and bed coverings. Portable air conditioning units have been placed in the living room, dining room, master with king bed, and the bedroom with full and twin bed.

Spacious living room includes two comfy sofas, back deck, shared in-building laundry, a cozy front porch, onsite parking, free high-speed WiFi, and keyless access.

Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of the outdoor amenities. Instructions for access, check-in, check-out, and directions to the home are provided in the house manual on VRBO. When checking out, please be sure all windows and doors are locked prior to your departure.

Please note that other guests may be staying in the upstairs unit. Family getaway
Very nice setting, in the heart of Buffalo. Everything you need in a two mile radius. Food, entertainment and fun. Niagara Falls is twenty minutes 3.

Lovely stay in Buffalo
Lovely and charming unit, very clean and comfortable. There were 4 of us and plenty of room to spread out. Location is great. Code didn’t work at first but support was very helpful and quickly resolved the issue. The front walk was covered in yard clippings but the little back garden had fresh plantings and the deck was lovely.

Stay in Buffalo for wedding and family reunion
My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this apartment during a recent trip to Buffalo. I picked this location due its proximity to the wedding ceremony in Delaware Park and the reception in downtown Buffalo. Check in was easy as was checkout. Parking was also a non issue. There was plenty of parking in the driveway and it was not difficult to find on street parking. I parked directly in front of the house on the street on multiple occasions. All the rooms were perfect size, and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. If I had any criticisms, it would be that I think they could upgrade the landscaping a bit. Grass in front and the shrubs etc are a little overgrown. It didn't detract from my stay in the least, but I think it would give the place a bit more curb appeal.

Great Value.. Spacious..Mildly disappointed with description.
Initial disappointments were very unkept yard, home did not have operational conditioning and not great neighborhood to find out not terrible neighborhood for Buffalo I'm not from there. Described in listening as " Modern and Stylish " it did have some finishes that could be described as modern but the property is im guessing a 1940's building with some charm but definitely does not fit what i call "Modern".. Heavy photography filters on pictures on listing making it appear new or Modern but not accurate in person. The portable air conditioners are not ducted to the outside and serve no purpose in current state. I was fortunate to experience mild weather during my stay and this issue did not cause me any discomfort. The property is well equipped with everything i needed for cooking and coffee pot. The furniture is " stylish " but not comfortable, the bedding was wonderful in master the only room I've slept in. Again I did have a overall good experience and would recommend someone to stay there knowing a accurate description of property. Also note you will be required to take out the trash for a multiple unit property.. and sanctioned if trash is left behind.

Beautiful, cozy, clean!
This was such a beautiful place to stay! Very clean and exactly like the listing! The owners were very easy to get in contact with as well and quick to reply. Highly recommended if you are staying in Buffalo.

Great spot close to the fun and bars
We arrived and check in was super easy, and the food and bars we wanted to hit up were very close in Allentown. Had 4 adults, was very comfortable. We were in town to catch the Broncos/ Bills game on MNF. Would stay again - great rates and location!

The property is located in a very nice older section of town. Well kept and furnished. I had 1 small issue and the owner corrected it very fast, and checked that I was happy with the correction. On site parking was a big plus as my work truck is on the long side for finding a spot on the street. Very happy 2 week stay in Buffalo

Good location
This property has a good location. Close to restaurants, coffee shops and the farmer's market. We might have missed it in the listing, but the property did not have air conditioning. It was fine for us, but might be a little hot on summer days. The outside of the property needs to be picked up a little.... Grass needs to be cut, mail and miscellaneous objects picked up. Also, in the back bedroom it would have been nice to have a bed side lamp since the ceiling fan is so high. This property is good for a family. Kitchen was fully stocked with plates, pots and pans. We enjoyed our stay and our kids were excited to have a bunk bed! Thank you for having us!
