Good hotel with a nice pool area. Delicious breakfast. Super friendly staff. But the rooms need an update. Do not book a taxi through the hotel, it is too expensive. Average to mediocre hotel, conditions were rather run down and tired. No changing of linnen even though a large tip was left for the staff. Overall cleanliness was ok Faulty shower head in the bathroom No conditioner No sewing kit No refill of coffee/tea

Fint hotel, tæt på offentlig transport. Værelserne er af lidt ældre dato, men pænt og rent. Dejligt spa område med pools med forskellige vand temperatur. Fin Morgenmad.

Good location for sightseeing by public transporta
Breakfast buffet had a very wide selection, but quality was average… Rooms are a little worn Hotel Neighborhood not interesting. If you arrive by car and want to explore Budapest by bus/tram/train this is a great location. Public transportation works perfectly, and you are only 3 minutes away from the nearest train station. Recommend buying a 24h or 72h ticket in the ticket vending machine - it’s super easy!

Godt hotel til prisen
Godt hotel og lækkert spaområde. Værelserne er lidt slidte og rengøringen kunne godt være bedre. Morgenmaden er fantastisk og der mangler intet.

Skønt ophold på lækkert hotel
Skønt ophold på det lækreste hotel! Spaen er helt i top. Eneste minus, er at sauna og dampbad er opdelt i mand/kvinde. Ærgeligt hvis man gerne ville nyde dette sammen som par. Men ellers er alt super lækkert. Og nemt at komme ind til centrum med sporvogn.

Lækre værelser og fantastisk beliggenhed ift tog mod centrum. Super service hele vejen igennem! Især restauranten var meget slidt. Gulvtæpper, møbler mv trænger til at blive skiftet ud. Der var dog stadig rent og hyggeligt!

Great hotel
The pools in the spa could have been cleaner, but I guess not all guest shower before using them. We enjoyed the food and drinks at the hotel a lot.. the staff were super nice and service minded.. the room we had was big, it was not build yesterday, but the bed was comfy, it was clean.. the public transport to the city center were reliable and fast.. all in all a super hotel and holiday in Budapest

Middelmådigt og kedelig service
Hotellet er ok omend lidt kikset, men der er mange ting der bare ikke fungerer - vi måtte igennem 3 forskellige værelser fordi airconditioning ikke virker (og værelset næsten var 30grader). De er ikke specielt serviceminded i receptionen og virker irriterede over at man påpeger at det ikke fungerer. Spaområdet er IKKE rent, og udover at dampbadet var 95grader (ja, man blev bogstavelig talt kogt), så kan man se skidt og hår flyde rundt i vandet. ...der er udover det virkelig kedelige cocktails i baren, maden er lidt slatten og mælken til kaffen på værelset er sur!

Overall godt
Opholdet var overall tilfredsstillende. Vi manglede morgenkåber på værelset, men disse blev leveret efter efterspørgsel. Receptionisterne var helt vildt serviceminded og imødekommende, hvilket gjorde førstehåndsindtrykket godt. Spaafdelingen benyttede vi og der var intet at sætte en finger på. Ift. morgenmaden var der et bredt udvalg, som var meget tilfredsstillende. Der var tjenere aktive hele tiden til at rydde bordene af, så snart man var færdig. Eneste minus ved morgenmaden var brødet, som egentlig var udmærket, men som godt kunne have været blødere og mere ‘bager-agtigt’. Det største minus ved hotellet er beliggenheden. Er man i bil er det intet problem, men for os som turister og uden bil, var der langt ind til centrum.

Kan varmt anbefales
God beliggenhed med kun 10-15 minutter til centrum. Dejlige værelser - rengøring i top. Meget hjælpsomt personale i receptionen. Der er dog lang ekspeditionstid ved bestilling af mad i baren. Skønt pool-område og rigtig fint fitnesslokale.

Dejligt hotel lidt uden for centrum, men intet problem når bus/tog forbindelser er så gode (max 10 min transport) Skøn udsigt mod Donau. Husk desuden at booke værelse med spa så du kan benytte faciliteterne gratis.

Slidt hotel. Havde en suite med adgang Executive Lounge - morgenmaden var virkelig ringe - samtlige borde var desuden fyldt med brugt service. Udtjekning tager laaaang tid. Rejser ofte til Budapest - men her bor jeg ikke igen.

fint hotel men ikke centralt beliggende
helhedsindtrykket okay, men småsur receptionist. Men ellers er det fint og pænt hotel, kommer gerne igen, hvis lejlighed byder sig. Morgen buffet allletiders, stort udvalg af alleting. Så vi er tilfredse.

Høj kvalitet, med få ting under niveau.
Et rigtig fedt hotel, med flot facade, og lobby. Personalet er super imødekommende, og meget høflige og snakker fint engelsk. Var meget hjælpsomme under hele opholdet, lige fra hjælp med offentlig transport, til hjælp da strømmen gik på værelset. Ligger tæt på en station, som giver gode transportmuligheder, samtidig med at det ligger lige op til Donau. Selve området er ikke super hyggeligt, virker som et sted for de lokale, og man er nødsaget til at tage offentlig transport for at komme til de mere turistede områder, hvilket dog også er en fed oplevelse i sig selv. Værelset var rigtig godt med dejlige senge. Brusesystemet var dog ikke det bedste, sammenlignet med resten af værelset. Der var konstant en brummende lyd det ikke var mulig at slå fra, formentligt fra udluftningen. Fantastisk spa-området, også selvom boblebadet var ude af drift mens vi var der. Generelt meget positiv oplevelse, og vil helt klart søge mod hotellet, skulle jeg besøge budapest igen! :D

Synes det ikke dette bør være 5-stjernet, desværre
Eftersom jeg ikke er alt for bekendt med Ungarn og dermed ikke har kendskab til den generelle kvalitet, kan jeg kun sammenligne dette ophold, med andre ophold i øvrige lande i Europa. Check-ind tog relativt lang tid. Værelset var ikke i den bedste stand og det hjalp heller ikke, at der var huller i morgenkåberne på værelset. Derudover bookede vi dette hotel, da det umiddelbart så ud til, at der var lidt at se, med kun gå-afstand. Dette viste sig desværre ikke at være sandt. Heldigvis var den generelle pris for taxa ikke særlig høj. Deres boblebad var ude af drift alle 4 dage vi var der, desværre. Heldigvis havde hotellet nogle lære "termobade" (opvarmet pool, der er koldere end et boblebad, men en del varmere end en typisk pool). Morgenmaden kunne være bedre. Servicen når jeg snakkede med receptionen betragter jeg langt fra for at være 5-stjernet. Dog havde personalet gode engelskkundskaber.

Godt men slidt hotel, med god service.
Skønt ældre hotel med dejligt spa og pool område. God service, men hotellet trænger til en opfriskning. Morgenmaden er rimelig. Hotellet ligger tæt på offentligt transport og på under 20 min er man i centrum af Budapest.

Et dejlgt hotel med meget venligt og omsorgfuldt personale Kun 3 stoppesteder fra Budapests bymidte og 15. min . gang til Margarit øen Ligger i en gammel bydel, som det lige tager et øjeblik at opdage vest for hotellet med museer og masser af charme.

Luksus hotel med gode transportmuligheder
