Nice and relaxing stay
Stayed for 6 nights in Danubius Helia and it was very pleasant. We were able to check in 1,5 hour early, and they accommodated our special room request with no hazzle at all. The breakfast buffet was good with lots of options and fresh food. The spa area and pools are great, with lots of space so it never felt cramped even with many people there. The sun terrace could use an upgrade. Overall friendly staff. Definitely a place I would visit again.

Skøn weekend
Søde og imødekommende personale i receptionen. Personalet under morgenmad - aftensmad virkede til at kede sig og man kunne godt føle sig lidt overvåget, på den måde, at de ikke havde andet at tage sig til. Maden var skøn og der var noget for alle.

Not 4 star Hotel
Where to start… there were very limitet cleaning during the 5 days stay. We had to take new towels from the cleaning wagon,because they didnt shift the towels. They didnt collect the trash. The cleaning was limited to bring new sugar to the room. They didnt collect the dirty service from the room. There where no shampoo left in the bathroom.The breakfast was dry only good thing was the omelette they made. All in all a very bad experience,and not 4 star worthy. I can not recommend this hotel to anyone.

fint hotel i rolige omgivelser
fint hotel i rolige omgivelser. Rigtig gode senge og stille aircon. Der er ca 700 meter at gå op til den hurtige bus der kører lige ind til centrum af Budapest på 10 minutter. Vi brugte ikke spa faciliterne, så dem kan jeg ikke bedømme.

Dejligt hotel, fod mad, og skønne omgivelser. Dejlig tagterrasse og poolområde. Savnede lidt en udendørs pool, men det vidste vi jo godt inden bookning. Er lidt skuffet over at værelset ikke bleV gjort rent i de tre dage. Vi fik bare nye håndklæder.

Gode opvarmet pools.
Ældre hotel med 3 pools der er opvarmet i 3 niveauer, man får tilgang til dem gratis, dog deles de af lokale hovedsageligt senior der får deres daglig motion. Ligger tæt på floden men lidt udenfor centrum. Sød personale og udmærket bar med mad. Gode senge for en gang skyld. 50 år gammel hotel så lidt slidt, men ik noget man rigtig mærker. Var fuld ud tilfreds især taget prisen i betragtning.

Fint hotel, dejligt pool område med 4 pools. Med forskellige temperaturer. Super træningsfaciliteter (vægte/maskiner/cardio - fine omklædningsrum). Ok morgenmad. God placering i forhold til by og oplevelser. Gode senge og fine værelser. Nemt at leje el løbehjul og cykler udenfor hotellet. En god oplevelse.

Hotel rooms nice quality even though the aircon did not work well. Cafe food was good and restaurant buffet could be better, especially the salat choices.

Udemærket hotel til prisen. Lidt triste værelser, men de fungerer. Fint badeværelse. Dejligt med SPA inden for på hotellets område, dog vældig ucharmerende, at man fra hotellets side tillader gæster, gå rundt i deres badekåber, både ude i hotellets foyer + hall + elevatorer etc. Ikke altid et lige kønt syn!! Fin og sympatisk service fra personalet - såvel i receptionen + SPA'en + i hotellets lidt kedelige bar.

Nice, clean hotel, but the spa was disapointing
Nice hotel, clean and good condition. Breakfast buffet a bit disapointing, we would prefer better bread and more fresh cut fruit. The spa is more like 3 pools in a room.. Not so spa'ish feeling to it.. A couple of candles, maybe something to drink, replace the plastic chairs with something nicer, would have added that spa feeling, we were searching for🤗 But Nice, safe, clean hotel, with good service level

Effektiv og god service!
Dejligt afslappende ophold med 3 overnatninger. Vores aircondition var gået i stykker og det gik først egentlig op for os 2. Nat da der blev ulideligt varmt. Vi gjorde personalet opmærksom på det dagen efter og de løste problemet hurtigt. Vi fandt 2 ulækre biller på værelset men udover dette var der rent og fint. God service i foyeren og hjælp til at ringe efter taxa. Morgenbuffetten var god og billig ifht. det store udvalg!

We had a great stay at this hotel. Friendly staff, very Nice pool area. View is beautiful. People’s talking and other noice - is quite annoying - as you hear it a lot in the apartment.

Et rigtig godt ophold
Meget skønt hotel! Hotellets spa er rigtig god, så god, at vi synes det var meget bedre at bruge deres spa, end de offentlige spa steder i Budapest. Hotellet ligger lidt væk fra centrum, men metroen går direkte hele tiden.

Skønt hotel. Morgenbuffet'en var bred med stort udvalg, men kedelig kvalitet, og elendig kaffe. Spis hellere morgenmaden i yellow bar/café'en. Super service og God kaffe osv. Hvis man har et normalt indtag af morgenmad, så er det også billigere. Gode spa faciliteter og venligt samt hjælpsomt personale. Kan varmt anbefales til prisen.

Dårlig oplevelse !
Service var rigtig dårlig! Ved modtagelse var personalet flabet og ikke imødekommende i den såkaldte “spa” var personalet uengagerede og ville dårlig nok svare på to spørgsmål. Ved bestilling lød det som, at de forskellige sauna bud også var inkluderet i “spaen”, men viste sig at være ekstra service, selvfølgelig mod betaling. Der var meget larm på værelset, vi var ikke blevet informeret om, at de satte hotellet i stand, og der var konstant flyvende billler på værelset, uanset om man holdte teressedøren lukket. Vores råd: find et andet hotel !

Godt hotel med udsigt over Donau
Hyggeligt hotel der dog ligger et godt stykke uden for Budapest, men ikke længere end man kan gå til centrum på 20-30 minutter. Desværre ligger der ikke så mange restauranter tæt på hotellet, men til gengæld har hotellet en fin restaurant med a la carte og buffet. Morgenmadsbuffeten er stor og varierende. Meget rare og venlige personaler på hele hotellet og alle er meget hjælpsomme.
