Its a great place, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are nice and clean. Some rooms who turn out to balistica, can be a bit noisy in the day/night because of the traffic. As it can disturb you night sleep. I been here before and will come back next time i visit budapest.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff.
Was a bit difficult to check in. But with little help i found out check in was on 1 floor. Staff was very friendly. My room 207 was just what i needed. Very nice big bed and very good bathroom facilities with shower and bathtube to choose from. I even had a small balkon, who i atually enjoyed even no chair to sit on. I had booked 2 days., but enden up stay this hotel on dame room all 5 days i stayed hete in Budapest. Only small minus was cleaning ladies have cleaning stuff/room nearby, and they do talk alot lol.else im happy for my stay and would come back anothet time. There is a nice Thai restaurant and Italian restaurant just beside hotel. Short walk distance to coffee shops and so on.

Dårligt ophold
Hotellet havde ingen lobby, restaurant eller cafe. Receptionisten kunne ikke hjælpe med at ringe efter taxa. Der stod daglig rengøring men vi fik kun 1 dag ud af fire. Terrassen havde hverken stole eller bord. Meget larm fra gaden. Mener bestemt ikke at hotellet levede op til 3 stjernes hotel. Placering var god.

Absolut ingen former for lydisolation på værelset, hvilket IKKE er optimalt når man værelset er placeret lige ved siden af receptionen. Vi måtte flere gange gå ud sent aften/midt nat og bede folk om at dæmpe sig fordi vi kunne høre ALT! Rengøringsniveauet var okay, men vi måtte selv spørge efter toiletpapir osv fordi dette ikke blev fyldt op.

Perfectly located if you are on a short trip to Budapest. It’s located in the middle of town with a short walk to a lot of sights and great bars and restaurants. The place needs some renovation- our doorknob to the toilet was broken and didn’t get fixed even though we informed the reception. The paint on the wall is also scratched and old.

Perfekt beliggenhed, men........
Værelset jeg fik var nedslidt, spartansk møbleret med ældre IKEA møbler, yderste vindue kunne ikke lukkes, meget lydt med gadelarm og støj fra tilstødende værelser. Langt fra det indtryk man får af værelsesbillederne på website. Men beliggenheden var for mig perfekt.

We had to change rooms, but it wasn't a problem as they gave us another room. We did have a slight issue with the safe, the staff were excellent in trying to solve the problem, but it could not be fixed, an alternative measure was given to us. A massive BIG thank you to Heni she was superb in giving us a lot of help in booking things and giving us her unbiased opinions in where to visit. Thank you Heni.

This hotel was beautiful in the inside, and very close to local shops and restaurants. The elevator was kinda small so keep that in mind if traveling with a lot of bags

Service was very good. Staff was very very nice and gave excellent recommendations. The location is excellent m. Close to metro and tram stations and the Basilica. However, this was a very weird hotel. The Thai theming is….interesting. There was a giant step in our room to get up to the beds which was very annoying to go up and down, especially in the dark. The shower was awful. The grade in the bathroom did not go towards the drain and water got everywhere and I mean everywhere. Also not quiet at all, we heard sirens all night long from the busy street next to the hotel

The elevated bed is an organic feature of Thai culture. Some find it kind of romantic lik an island, unique and cool, some others not so much. We are considering removing it, based on feedbacks such as yours. We are also about to redesign showers. So thank you for your review it is a great help in our work to improve our services. Regarding the sounds of the street well, as you mentioned yourself, our hotel is in the city center, close to all must-see, and rooms with street-view, that you reserved, can be a bit more noisy than those facing toward the inner yard of the building. Althought the double-glass windows can filter out most of the noise if they are closed properly. Accueil surprenant dans un bâtiment mélangeant habitation et hôtellerie. Cependant personnel agréable avec un anglais satisfaisant. Chambre spacieuse mais manque un petit coup d'aspirateur. Salle de bain spacieuse et propre. Au final rien ne manque, sauf une isolation phonique supplémentaire aux fenêtres.

Excellent hotel, staff and location!!!
The Hotel is at an excellent location in the heart of Budapest on Andrássy Street - a very short walk to the Opera, Zeneakadémia, St. Stephen's Basilica (home of the loveliest Christmas market) and Deák Square where you can get anywhere by Metro 1, 2 or 3 as well as by trams and the Express Airport bus 100E. Upon arrival we were welcomed by the kindest receptionist possible, she was knowledgeable and most helpful -big Thank You again! The room was clean, very spacious (which you do not always get in the city centre), complementary bottles of water, tea and coffee; bathroom clean with plenty of toiletries, good hair drier. I definitely recommend this hotel, you will not be disappointed.

Literally one of the BEST hotels I’ve stayed in. Centrally located near tram/ train/ bus at walking distance. Very quiet inside which I loved. The room was spacious with high ceilings, has everything you need- water, coffee, cute toiletries, good pressure of hot water, TV and check in and out was great and quick. Loved it!! Would definitely return

Passei 3 noites em Budapeste. O hotel fica dentro de um prédio onde existem outros estabelecimentos com quartos em dois andares diferentes. Durante a estadia tiveram alguns problemas como a porta de acesso ao 2° andar e a falta de iluminação no corredor, justifica dos pelo período de reforma. A localização é perfeita, o que ficou a desejar mesmo foi o banheiro, principalmente na parte do chuveiro
