Nice hotel
Very nice hotel, perfect location close to the old city. Good breakfast, comfortable rooms. The only disappointment was the very poor lighting in the room.

All was perfect
Hotel was as expected. Beautiful outside and well decorated inside. Very friendly staff, quiete and comfortable rooms. Good and tasty breakfast, lot of fruits, cookies etc. very helpful with good points to visit. Free parking. Walking distance to theater , art museum and many other old interesting buildings. 15 min walk to old city. Next stay will be same hotel.

Super hotel og service
Fantastisk hotel og modtagelse. Vi blev budt velkommen med en opgradering og med vin, frugt og småkager på værelset. Ligger meget centralt og Ca 5 min. Fra den gamle by, hvor der er rig mulighed for at spise. Det er dog næsten lige så billigt at spise på hotellet hvis i ikke er så sulten. Men lidt lette retter. Prøv deres lounge og tag en drink der. Det er en oplevelse. Hvis i skal have behandling i spaen, bestil når i ankommer, da der hurtigt bliver besat. Budapests parker er en super oplevelse og i kommer væk fra larmen fra de mange biler. Nyd byen og specielt dette hotel

Lækkert hotel, og meget venligt personale. Morgenmaden var ikke noget at råbe hurra for, men heller ikke noget at klage over. God internetforbindelse over hele hotellet - selv i den "hemmelige have". A/C kunne køle værelset godt ned uden træk, og uden at larme.

Nicely situated close to the center in a beautiful building The staff is friendly – they helped us with taxis and dinner reservations Small but nicely decorated room – including an iron board A small but satisfactory equipped Fitness room is available (but only from 9 to 9. They should open earlier if early birds like us could choose) What we did not like: There are glass doors (Partly frosted) separating the sleeping room from the bathroom and toilet. The doors were difficult to close and even when they were closed they never gave you the privacy that many of us prefer when being at the bathroom. All in all we can recommend the hotel – and I honestly think we will choose it again next time we go to visit Bucharest.

By far the best place we stayed on our travels. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Close walking distance to bars and food. One shot bus ride from the airport. Wish we could’ve stayed longer to use all the amenities.

Great location, lovely hotel and wonderful personnel. The only thing that bothered us is the SPA including or excluding. After enquiry our booking seemed to be excluded the spa. If we knew that we would have booked. But is not clear or mentioned that our booking were excl. with other words during the booking we felt mislead. Which is shame

Several comments : The housekeeping staff was excellent. Front desk staff were friendly and welcoming but need more training as to when you need reservations or don't for sites that visitors frequent. It would help if they were better informed and didn't give conflicting information. Breakfast buffet was wonderful, the selections were plentiful and high quality. My room was really, really small and given that I was staying for 5 nights it was difficult to maneuver around. It seems like at one time it was part of a suite that was separated off. There was a courtyard area that was quite lovely for relaxing outdoors and reading.
