Closer to your neck of the woods, enjoy visiting Lake Bryan, the Brazos Valley Museum of Natural History, the Aggieland Safari, and Reed Arena.

When you're ready to relax, head for Markley Place's updated, open-concept interior. Here, you can catch up on your favorite TV shows, engage in some playful competition over a board game, and whip up delicious dishes amongst the stainless steel appliances in the full kitchen. Whether you're indulging in takeout or a home-cooked meal, feel free to eat at the formal dining table inside, or al fresco under the veranda.

Your own private haven, the primary bedroom boasts soft linens and a spa-like en suite bathroom. Soak off the sunshine while sinking into the soaking tub's warmth, or rinsing off in the walk-in shower. The additional bedrooms are just as inviting and kept cool thanks to the home's central air-conditioning. A private washer/dryer and Pack-N-Play round out the home's interior perks.

Prior to your arrival, you will receive local host contact information, who will manage your guest reservation. Your local host will provide in-stay support, secure entry, and arrange pre- and post-stay housekeeping services.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
