This place is a true gem along with the host who replied to every inquiry within minutes. The house surpassed my expectations everything was clean and in order. Highly recommended.

Brighton trip
We loved it here! Lots of room for all of us. The accommodations were amazing. We loved being within biking distance of the provincial park. The beaches there were awesome. And we also enjoyed being close to the boat dock for fishing and launching our boat.

Fantastic Property
We had 8 people stay in this beautiful log cabin for 5 days. The cottage was very spacious and clean. It was so quiet and peaceful. The proximity to the provincial park was an added bonus. Would definitely consider staying here again!

Lovely and convenient
We stayed at this home with family. The house is amazing — nice size rooms, many bathrooms, a game room with air hockey and foosball, and television with cable and Netflix. Immaculate and beautifully furnished. There is a dock across the street where we fished and launched the kayak; swans visited us there, which was a thrill! The house is close to town and the beautiful Presqu'ile Park. There is a nice fire pit outside where we warmed up and had s’mores every night. A major disappointment was that instead of two kayaks as promised there was only one and when we brought that to the attention of the owner his response was rather flippant. The kitchen, while gorgeous, didn’t have a few basic amenities such as a large bowl to fit in the microwave or any covered (casserole)dishes; there were virtually no condiments there (oil/vinegar) which would have been helpful to have. Be advised you need to take the garbage/recycling away to the local landfill, which is about 15 minutes away. The cost there was $13 versus leaving it in the house to be charged $30. That being said we really enjoyed our time there.

Family Getaway
We are a family of 12 ranging from 5 years old to 80+ who were looking for a mini vacation. This cottage was a perfect size for us all. There was room for everyone to sleep comfortably in a bed. There were lots of activities in different parts of the house (cards, conversations, board games, movies) and never felt like one interfered with the other. On-site amenities were great. We used the fire pit every night. Someone used the sauna and enjoyed it as well as the kayaks. Foosball and air hockey tables were a nice touch as well for the rainy day in. Minutes to Presqu’ile Provincial Park, under 40 minutes to Cobourg Beach, and minutes from several farmers markets. We would definitely stay here again!

As advertised.
Location is close to Presqu'ile park/beach. As advertised. Please note that the owner request that you have to take all the trash with you on check out otherwise they will charge you. There are no trash / recycle bins on site. Landfill is at 15 minutes by car from the property. Also, please note landfill will charge you 13$ per bag.

Splendid vacation retreat from a fantastic host
I stayed at this wonderful cottage with several friends this past week. First of all, the cottage is breathtaking with many spacious rooms, has a gorgeous kitchen, contains tons of amenities, and is beautifully furnished. The place was clean when we arrived and there was a lovely note from the owner welcoming us to their home (along with a box of chocolate)! There is plenty to do at the cottage, including lounging in the entertainment area (with air hockey and foosball tables), watching movies or TV shows on the many large screen TVs, warming up in the sauna, fishing at the dock right across the street, or taking the short walk or drive down to the nearby Presqu'ile Park for a day at the beach or to wander through some of the hiking trails. After a long day of fun, it was always lovely to return home to a nice shower in one of three bathrooms and to sleep in the large and soft beds. The amount of rooms means that everyone got to sleep comfortably to recharge for the next day. The owner was very accommodating, responsive, and professional. Overall, our stay was incredible and my friends and I made many great memories over the past week. We cannot recommend this lovely place enough and offer our many thanks to the owner.

Our stay was wonderful! The place is as advertised, comfortable, clean, well stocked and at an excellent location. The free parking was a definite plus. The owner was super quick in responses for any questions that we had. We will definitely stay here again if needed.

Business Trip
Although the location was very convenient to the Expo Center, we were very disappointed in the property. First of all, what we saw in the pictures online were not what we found when we arrived. The place is small, it says it sleeps 6 but there is only 2 bedrooms and a chesterfield so not sure where the 6th person would sleep. The furniture was old, stain on the chesterfield and the towels were old and hard. We only have 4 facecloths for 5 of us for 4 days. What really bothered us was the fact that we were not allowed to talk to anyone in the hallway or elevators and were told to tell the security that we were visiting..........it felt deceit and I was not comfortable lying. Saturday night the sewer backed up and fortunately for the owner we were there to bail out the sewer water and clean up the mess. We were not able to cook our supper or enjoy our evening because of the smell and yet the owner was not willing to compensate us for the inconvenience. This is the first time I have used Vrbo and will not be using them again. I was very disappointed.

Barb stayed at my 2 bedroom condo in downtown Toronto. It’s a 900 sq feet condo and has 2 queen size beds that sleep 2 people on each bed and an IKEA sofa bed that is a size of a Queen size bed once pulled out which could sleep 2 people as well. My condo is located in a family oriented residential building - not a hotel - therefore she was provided with detailed instructions and house rules which respect the privacy and wellbeing of the neighbours. Unfortunately, on one of the nights there was a building wide clog in one of the main building pipes. Barb and her guests informed me immediately and I promptly contacted the emergency plumber who came on site and fixed the issue the same evening. Even though the issue was out of my control, I did my best to get it resolved as soon as I could.

Great location!
The location of this apartment was very convinient to the convention center, blue jays stadium, and the maples leafs arena. Apartment was clean overall. Could use a slightly larger couch. It wasnt really an issue but when we received the check in instructions it became obvious that short term rentals were not allows in this condo complex. We were told not to talk to the security guards and to tell them we were visiting the owner if anyone asked. It was never an issue but still concerned us a little.

Hi Joseph, Thank you for staying at my place and taking a great care of it. Just to clarify, short term rentals are allowed in the building. However, this is a residential building, not a hotel. The concierge of a residential building is there to assist residents of the building only, not short term guests. Therefore, I provide my guests with very detailed instructions to ensure a smooth check in and I am always available in case they have any questions or require clarification. Very nice, very clean, great location. Only small issue was it has a nice balcony with a great view of the tower and downtown but there was no table and chairs to sit out there and enjoy it.

Overall stay was very good. Location is fantastic....easily walked to all attractions which was bonus since traffic in Toronto was a nightmare. Didn't cook so can't comment on kitchen but rest of condo was nice. It is starting to show some wear which is to be expected with rental property. Arthur was very responsive and even provided recommendation to do an escape room at Casa Loma which was a blast. Checkout very easy....put towels in washer and take out trash. Checkin a little more difficult if needing parking spot because you have to find somewhere to leave car while you checkin and get the garage remote.

Great location! Easy access to all things fun! Amazing view of the city! Apartment was clean and beds were comfortable. All necessary kitchen items available for a family of five to eat some meals in. Kids loved the pool! We had a great time and would stay again!

The best location for Toronto action!
Great location. Comfy beds. Easy instructions to get in etc. The pool, hot tub, sauna and gym were great too. My only suggestion would be a colander for the kitchen - to drain pasta and some darkening shades on the windows. The views are amazing but it is bright at night.

Great location to explore Toronto from. Nice two bedroom and two bath apartment. it was awesome that it had laundry facilities. Could have used nice softer towels, but that is a pretty minor thing. Having a parking spot included was perfect.

Fantastic Location
Arthur's condo is a great place to stay for downtown Toronto. It is a very short walk from Union Station, and is near all the big tourist spots in the downtown/fFront Street area. It is also a nice short walk up to the Entertainment District, with lots of theatre and dining options. The apartment is very clean, and comfortable, with two nice size bedrooms and two full bathrooms. I am glad we discovered this place, and will stay again for sure.

Great place! Awesome location and view.
We made a great choice staying here. It was convenient, had the right amount of space for you, and there are a bunch of terrific restaurants right downstairs. Travelers should know that you can't control a/c or heat - the building decides that stuff. Perhaps that's standard in Toronto. But that wasn't much of a problem, we just had one warm night when it would have helped to have a fan. I highly recommend this place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Arthur is a wonderful host and went way above the call of duty to help us when we couldn't find the garage access when we arrived. He also explained everything very well and gave us good suggestions for dining etc. You would be happy to rent his place.

Great Toronto Location
This listing is perfect in so many ways, but first and foremost is location, You can't beat it! There's a convenient covered garage, nice size kitchen, comfortable beds, great nearby grocery store, washer and dryer, restaurants, and many desirable tourist sites within walking distance. The owner seems to be always available by phone and very helpful. It does not get five stars because there are a few areas that need attention. The second bedroom door will not close completely, pieces of the master bath counter need to be re-glued, there's no lighting good enough for reading, and there are no side tables/coffee table in the living room. When we arrived, there were wet sheets hanging in the master bedroom closet as well as rows of damp towels stacked on the shelves.. This created a master closet that was much too humid to use. A mop was hanging over patio edge. These concerns could be easily remedied, and with Arthur's attention to detail, I imagine they will be.

A gem in the heart ♥️ of the city.
We spent five days at Arthur’s place and the unobstructed view is to die for. The CN tower is across the street and everything else is within walking distance. The place was clean and all amenities were provided and the pictures of proximity to Rogers Centre and other landmarks are true. Arthur stayed out of our way but he was very quickly responsive to questions or needs. My only disappointment was lack of cable service. I would stay here again....with cable

Amazing!
This property was exceptionally clean and spotless with all the amenities needed for our 4 night stay. We had been traveling around the province for a week and a half and the fact that there was a washer and dryer with laundry soap and dryer sheets meant we didn't need to run to the grocery store to purchase them to get the laundry done. The proximity of the property to some amazing places was the best! We won't hesitate to rent this place again for our next trip. Arthur was fantastic, on time and answered us immediately.

Great location!
I was in town for a conference but didn’t want to stay st the event hotel and wanted access to a kitchen. The location/view was stunning. The apartment overlooked Olympic Park, the aquarium and the arena. There was a concert happening one evening and I thought the noise level would be high in the apartment based on the crowd on the street. I was wrong. It was quiet. Would definitely stay again.

Great Place to stay for Toronto Sightseeing
This condo is in the center of Toronto and close to the CN Tower and the Waterfront. Many restaurants are close by but Queen and King Streets are in walking distance. We parked our car in the building and took Public transportation when we needed to go out of the area. The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms are set up nicely for two couples. Arthur responded immediately to any question we had.
