Colorful and welcoming
So cute and welcoming! Had everything I needed. Loved how bright and colorful it was. Bed was super comfortable too! Best night's sleep I've had in a while! Balcony was a great spot to sit and have my morning coffee.

Stayed 7 days in this perfect, cozy, little apartment above a garage. Very bright, lots of windows, tall ceilings, charming. Well-stocked kitchen, Keurig coffee maker, etc. Albertson's is very close. Fun time in Boise !

Boise stay
My daughter and I stayed one night while touring BSU. It was a quick car ride to the college and downtown. Kate's place was easy to find, had great parking, CLEAN and super cute. We had a little hiccup that happened but Kate was AMAZING and handled it promptly and professionally. I would definitely stay here again and most likely will! Thank you, Kate

Good times.
Cute place. Nice, quiet neighborhood location. Everything is clean and comfortable. Nicely appointed kitchen. It is on the 2nd floor with outside staircase leading up to it. Host communication can be improved. No actual address was given in the instructions (took neighbor’s house number from the listing picture and plugged into google maps). The entry code wasn’t sent until after we arrived at the property and called/texted the owner and waited 15 minutes. All the anxiety could have been easily avoided if the code was e-mailed/texted earlier that day. All that said the owner had some unusual circumstances (having a baby?) so hopefully this is an exception and not the rule.

Sorry your stay wasn’t ideal! You can find the address of your stay on your reservation page for future reference, I don’t include the address in the directions so that if someone cancels they don't retain the address. I admit that my communication wasn’t perfect and I am sorry for this! I had found out a few days earlier that I would need a C section (thus the honest “having a baby” comment:)) and things were a bit scary and hurried in the days of your reservation. We appreciate your staying and hope you can forgive a little homegrown business a few mistakes related to big life things!

Bright and sunny
This property was in an excellent location. I wish I would have found and booked it before I booked hotels for us previous nights. The kitchen and laundry make it a superb spot to hunker down for a few days during travel. Kate was highly responsive and helpful. Plus, this little place is a gem. So cheery!

Absolutely perfect
One of the nicest little homes we have stayed at while traveling and we travel quite a bit. Everything we could have needed was there, everything was spotless, everything was labeled and the owners even provided lists of local restaurants and places of interest. We hope to stay next time we pass through Boise.

Well designed, but with a small bed for two people
The apartment is very attractive. It could be even better than it was if there was a queen size bed instead of the double bed. Also, it would be nice if there was a little more room available to quests in the closet. All and all it is a very nice small space that is well designed and attractive. The microwave needed some attention on the inside, but for the most part, the apartment was quite clean.

The Perfect Boise Basecamp!

Great host!
This was the perfect place for our family to stay for the night in our road trip. As soon as we got into town, Katie realized the cleaners had never shown up. She met us at the property and told us she is going to clean the place and paid for our dinner. The house was perfectly clean when we got back and Katie was a great host. We are grateful for her generosity for continuing to make our trip as best as it could be. We will definitely be reccomemding this property to any family or friends traveling through the area!

The space is clean, smartly organized and beautifully put together. The design elements throughout the home are really lovely - very easy to feel comfortable and at home while on our trip. Look for the well placed signage for parking and to direct you to the entrance. Communication with Kate was quick and reliable. Highly recommend and hope to stay again in the future!

Home away from home!
Was a very wonderful property to stay at, the entrance was the only thing that was a little confusing but once you have the hang of that down everything else this place provides it is wonderful! Has an overall very clean and beautiful pastel retro theme to it. Would love to stay again if we ever pass through again! Highly recommend for smaller groups of people!

We enjoyed our stay, the place was super cute. The ad shows that there is a driveway and garage and they don't tell you that you can't use driveway until after it's booked and they did not state that they didn't want smoking on the property and asked us to stand out on the road when clearly someone was smoking, there was cigarettes butts in their fire pit. There should be a little more privacy.

The property is very clean and well appointed. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots & pans. Katie has even thoughtfully provided guests with extra amenities in both the kitchen and bathroom. You'll want to take it home with you...
We loved our stay here. So much attention to detail and clever touches (check out the named plants!) really set this one apart. Amenities were great, appreciated the chargers in particular. The place was immaculately kept and in a quiet neighborhood, but not too far from many of Boise's attractions. Communication was great. We loved the decor so much that we want to redecorate our place when we get home. Would 100% stay here again.

What you wish every VRBO was like!
Cute as a button, modern, very thoughtful touches throughout such as many outlets to plug in and lots of phone adapters if you forgot yours. It is clear this host wants you to love your stay. It is up a set of stairs fyi. We will be back for skiing and maybe learn how to get the shower wand to work.

Get away in home town
Wanted to get away with my special friend and this place provided that, being upstairs gives you a certain amount of privacy. Which is what we were looking for. And the layout was perfect.
