The hotel would have been okay had it been a 3 star I would have rated it as average. However, with holes in the wall in the hallway that were simply covered by taped up paper. The finishes in the rooms were equally poorly done. None of the rooms had heating which was quite cold for a city were the temperature is often 5C during the night. Would have expected this hotel to be a 3 star max max. Service was quite good however

Dear Mrs. Patrycia In advance thank you so much for the time you take to leave you comments, these help us be better every day. Yes, unfortunately we had a problem with the pipeline that crosses all the floors of the hotel vertically, however due to the emergency we started working immediately avoiding hours that could generate more discomfort for ourguest, and because of the time we should break the walls where the pipe cross, we understand the annoyance this has caused you during your stay, an emergency of this magnitude never had happened to us. Again we apologize for the inconvenience generated, we are already finishing the work necessary to solve and change the general pipe of the hotel and in this way to continue with the excellent service and stay that we usually offer to our guests and visitors. Traveling with a wheelchair hotel is not very accessible. There is no ramp or elevator to annex. Also horrendous perfume smell that is overwhelming. If you have asthma or allergies do not stay here. Also requested shower w accessibility. It was not accessible. I’ve stayed here several times and will probably be my last.

El hotel está ubicado en una zona muy tranquila, cerca de restaurantes y centros comerciales. El personal a cargo es muy amable. La habitación estuvo muy cómoda. Se nota un poquito algunos desgastes por los añoa, pero nada que impida sentarse cómodo. Solo recomendaría mejorar ma respuesta a través de la app pues está promocionada en el hotel y habitaciones pero la respuesta a los pedidos es muy lenta o no llega. En general, este hotel es una excelente opción

I'm utterly disappointed with my experience at NH Collection Bogotá Hacienda Royal. The parking situation was a nightmare – sent to a shopping center with no clear signals, wasting nearly 40 minutes to locate the correct entrance. To top it off, upon arrival, the hotel claimed the room I booked wasn't available, downgrading me to a lower category. A truly terrible and unprofessional experience.
