Dyreste og dårligste service
Det var det dyreste med det væreste ophold jeg nogensinde har oplevet. Der var en så tydelig forskelsbehandling (service) mellem Residence og Hotel gæsterne. Service var super for de gæster som havde købt en residence mens vi andre som var på hotel ophold blev 2. prioriteret. Også fik vi et værelse lige tæt ved beach restauranten, og den sidste nat vi var der holdte de "fest" der hvor de sang til kl 05 om morgenen. Det var igen residence gæster der sang og spille musik til kl 05 om morgenen. Det var forfærdeligt. Jeg føler at hotellet skylder os en kompensation for denne forfærdelige oplevelse. I det at jeg har booket dette hotel via Hotels.com kommer jeg også til at dele min utilfredshed ved at nævne hotels.com da jeg hsr en forestiling om at de værelser man får på tilbud, bliver altid de dårligste placeringer på hotellet.

Good property for sunrise
our stay was nice. a little dated with fake plants dotting the property. But staff was friendly and efficient. Beach was clean and good location best for sunrise as it doesn’t see the sunset . Rooms have semi blocked ocean views.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful hotel! The property is beautiful, clean and the rooms are very nicely appointed. The only “complaints “are that the only restaurant is expensive and serves only Asian/Japanese sushi on the menu. There should be more options available. Also, there is no concierge desk and the front desk staff seems to be frequently overwhelmed with guests arriving, departing or needing assistance. We visited the other Marriott property in the area called Bodrum Edition, which was very lovely and I had fantastic restaurants. If we were to return, we would probably stay there instead.

Personnel incompétent. Niveau d'anglais médiocre et surtout aucun respect du port du masques durant le service et en cuisine... les cuistos ne portent jamais de masque pour cuisiner. Ce n'est pas faute d'avoir parlé avec plusieurs manager dont leur directeur général rien m'a changé pendant les 4 jours de ce sejour...

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The amenities are good. We loved the beach area and Buddha Bar - great setting, food & service. However, for a 5 star hotel, some things could be improved. Check in was a little lacklustre - no welcome drink/cold towel etc. on arrival - and housekeeping & guest services were not as efficient as they could have been. Our room wasn’t turned down at night, they were slow to bring things we asked or, didn’t collect our luggage etc. The Goss restaurant was also closed with no explanation as to why in high season. Still enjoyed and would return though for the setting.

This place doesn't just lack attention to detail, it lacks attention to literally everything. I asked for a quiet room. I was told that it's above the restaurant so there will be music until 12 but afterwards quiet. The music was still on 3AM. We went to the beach and there was no "avaliable" places, which in this hotel means that if someone comes in the morning and just puts a hotel towel than it is occupied for the rest of the day. This no way of managing sitting if all guests should have a chance to get a sunbed a some time point during the day and have a good experience. As long as there is no personal belongings, a place should not be occupied. We asked an employee to order at the beach, he promised to be back and never came back. 1h later we finally found another one and he said the same. After explaining that we've been waiting for 1h he took our order. During dinner we had to wait so long to get help and afterwards 3 different employees came and got our order and still it took forever to get our food. We wanted our food at the same time and I got my food 20min before my friends and everything came in the wrong order. Through out the night we had to get up from our table to find someone to help us. For breakfast we had the same experience, we were told there were no seats outside then other guests coming after us went right out and sat down. We had to place our order 5 times. Worst thing, they completely ignore the fact that I have food allergies.

Very nice, but ...
The hotel is really very nice, not far from the Bodrum center by taxi, but the service of the hotel Caresse is horrible. The only one person Nurcay was perfect. Actually we are repeated guests and we came back because of her. But she got ill after 4 days of our stay so we had the chance to see that the service doesnt work at all. The room service also terrible. They forgot several time to refill complimentary water and coffee. The lady from houskeeping was very good.

Satified, but...
My wife and I celebrated our 25th Anniversary at Caresse during the first week of October. The resort's amenities and location were the primary reasons for us choosing to stay there. The spa and staff were amazing as we were able to enjoy a day of blissful relaxation. Unfortunately, we noticed that much of the resort was not in use and basically not offered to the guests due to the late season accomodations (ie. seating areas without cushions, some stores closed, lack of staff to accommodate guests). Overall it was a peaceful stay but lacked the 5⭐ service and attention to detail that we are accustomed to based on the resort rates.
