Good safe base, AC was hard to adjust a comfortable temperature, it was either 19°C or off, apart from that very good.

Business travel to Bengaluru
Second stay experience at Holiday Inn during the same week but different city. Bengaluru was a better property as compared to Hyderabad, however the finish of the property and hygiene was not up to the mark.

There were no hand towels, I booked the hotel with an option of cancellation +breakfast by paying extra for the same, but hotel did not provide the breakfast. Also, the folks in restaurant were very unprofessional

The Holiday Inn Racecourse is well located with proximity to different shopping areas. The hotel is clean, with very friendly and helpful staff. The meals offered in the different restaurants was also very good. My room on the 16th floor had a great view of the racecourse!

The property is secure by guards in front of the gate. The restaurant is nice since it gives you the option of eating what you like by choosing from available buffet. The price is affordable. I like the SPA and the steam bath. The swimming pool and the gym was very nice.

I had a terrible experience from the time I checked into the hotel. I traveled from the US with a reservation in the hotel and after 24 hours of flight when I checked in I was given a different room than I had originally booked. They allocated a smoking room and then the entire floor and the room was unbearable. I had to then compromise to pick a lower-class room though I had paid for one above it. The staff was extremely unsupportive and rude. I wanted an early check-in which I had already requested before I flew in but they took a full-day rental from me. The food is also terrible. Photo is deceptive for how the hotel is. The only good thing is the view you get of race course and its good from an upper floor.

On my Day 1, I had requested the hotel's housekeeping staff that I needed extra towels, napkins, water bottles and bathing essentials. In spite of that I had to tell them everyday to bring the extras. I called the hotel on the phone number listed on Google for this property and to my utter surprise no one answered the calls. The washbasin in the room was choked and the housekeeping staff promptly repaired it on Day 2 or Day 3 and informed me that they will fix the issue the next morning. The wash basin was choked again. The only saving grace was the staff present during the breakfast. They are the best and they ensured that I get a great start for my day every day.

We take great pride in the service and spread we offer at our hotel and I am truly disturbed that we were not able to deliver the experience that we espouse. I have discussed your feedback in detail with my team and have also emphasized on the importance of following laid down standards and procedures. Worst Place to Stay in Bangalore
The hotel is good for nothing that I could mention here. The staff at the hotel though knowing they work in the hospitality industry has no sign of understanding what hospitality is. The hotel has half the staff from WB may be some from Bangladesh who does not even know what India and Indian people are all about. Room Service availability is non existent and if you ask for water bottles in the room then they behave as if they are doing some kind of favor to you. I want to specially mention about the staff Moumita and Satish. They have no clue what's happening at the property but they are definitely kept to intimidate customers if they complain about any shortages

Good value for money- small rooms, but clean and modern with a great view. Staff let me do a late checkout, which was nice, but reception was hard to reach from the room.

After putting for connecting room request no responce came .they said surely will help u .bt when landed they did nt helped us nor listened Plus gave me rooms so far ..my daughter slept alone n away . Bt sorry ..
