Great hotel, need 24/7 front desk staff
The Boulevard is a beautiful hotel! We loved our stay here. The only downs side is when I booked through Hotels.com it said 4pm check in. Luckily we got there right at 4 because their front desk staff leaves at 4pm and doesn’t arrive back until the following morning. The front doors to the hotel lock for this reason, but we were a little worried we could lock ourselves out.

Thank you for staying with us. The staff over at the Boulevard usually leaves at 11pm, but our sister property only 9 blocks south can assist guests at any time. Even if you did leave the hotel without a key, they would be happy to come by at any time to help you. I'm going to forward this to management for you as we take guest concerns seriously and will address this. Thank you again for staying with us and we hope to see you next season!

Overall this is a beautiful property! It seems to have been recently remodeled. It felt fresh and clean. Beds were comfortable, nice amenities, and the pool was perfect. We did have an issue with the TV which we needed maintenance to fix and it was resolved - I guess just check the TV when you arrive if that’s important to you. There was also an issue with the AC unit, but that was in the middle of the night. It was eventually figured out but just make sure it’s on when you arrive. I’d come back to this location again and love how close it is to restaurants and shopping.

Great hotel, nice accommodations. Friendly, helpful staff. The rooms are small but nicely thought out, everything is new and the beds were very comfortable. The pool was also very nice and heated for evening swimming. Whoever designed the hotel did an extraordinary job, its very stylish and functional. We would definitely stay here again.

An ice maker would be nice in the hotel. Everyday I had to buy a bag of ice.

Nice hotel
Nice refurbished hotel, 5 minute walk to the beach. There is a nice pool. The room has nice ammenities, nice size fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Rooms also have a balcony. The only downside was that the ac was 6 inches from the bed which made it very uncomfortable to sleep.

Upon check in I was told there I had bo reservation. Even though I had to pay in full at time of booking. Then I’m told someone checked into my room. Then I’m told they have to give me a new room. I’m given Boulevard view although I paid for pool view. Next morning I can’t get into my room after coffee . They say we only activate your key for one. Ughh but I’m a 2 night stay. Then I can’t get new keys bc the system doesn’t work. I had to leave a family function to come get keys before the night staff leaves and no one at the front desk. Room wasn’t clean as there was dirty water bottle and alcohol can on the floor in corner. Zero apologies Still waiting on a refund since I paid for something I didn’t stay in. They just said deal with Expedia that’s who you booked through. Awful and now Expedia not doing anything about it. Let’s see what happens in next few days

I did look through your reservation details to find all of the information that came through from Expedia had you in a street view room. We also did try to accommodate your stay with a later check out due to the mishaps with checking in. My friend recommended this hotel, the rooms were very nice and clean, not to mention the bathroom, the roof terrace is gorgeous .everything is comfortable. Nice pool and billiard.

Great property; clean facility; updated and renovated hotel. Everything looks brand new. You are minutes away from the beach, by foot. It’s a bit costly for the size. It’s a small hotel. There is no laundry room on site. In conclusion, my experience was good.

Very nice property. Centrally located. Very nice staff. No ice machine was literally the only downfall and I was told pool view and got street view. But I would definitely recommend property and stay there again.

Clean with good access to the beach. Only stayed 1 night and was a little annoyed we couldn't use the beach pass for the full day after we checked out.

I liked the proximity to the beach and family members staying at rental houses. We had trouble with plumbing. We had trouble getting into the hotel at night. Had to use the key about 20 times before the doors would finally unlock.
