Great customer focus
The hotel staff was very customer friendly, we got a hand written card note in our room and a present for being a returning customer. Felt very good! Great Breakfast buffet.

Kommer ikke igen.
Vi havde deluxe værelset - og jeg tør ikke tænke på standardværeldet. Vi var et par som kunne lide at ligge tæt, men deres King size seng var to senge sat sammen kun holdt med et stræklagen, så sengen blev skubbet fra hinanden. Det eneste 4 stjernede ved hotellet var lobbyen og service, fra elevator og op efter var der som om orbidede ind i et andet hotel. Fitness arealet lugtede af kloak og klor uden udluftning og megen plads. Lugten af kloak bred sig også i elevator. Væggene var lavet af tynd pap, der var så lydhørt at når naboen åbnede døren, var det som om vores dørhåndtag gik op. Gratis forsyning som kaffe og chips og sodavand - plus. Ingen god opdeling af toilet og værelse - Intet privatliv når man var derude (skydedør), området er også langt fra de gode områder og for prisen og prisen af faciliteterne, var det ikke hotellet man havde lyst at hænge på. Ingen muligheder for at leje film eller nogle medieindput - så hvis i bare vil chille til en film en aften, vil jeg anbefale at tage computer med.

Morgenmaden var ekstremt lækker! Hotellet er lækkert indrettet og ekstremt hyggeligt - personalet er vildt søde og hjælpsomme. Gårdhaven og pool området levede ikke helt op til forventninger - vi brugte faktisk slet ikke gårdhaven da den nærmest lå i en baggård, uden sol eller luft.

Excellent stay at Well&Come
The stay at Well&Come was fantastic, the service was really high and the hospitality was excellent. We were welcomed with free minibar and welcome drinks at the great Roof terrasse. The hotel staff were smiling and made you feel at home and they were great help with guiding and renting bycicles. I want to go back to this hotel because of the service, location, the prise and very nice facilities.

Very nice boutique hotel in good area
Nice little hotel with awesome rooftop pool located in nice area with lots of good restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was quite small, but nice. We would definitely consider staying here again.

The property is well located to visit the many Antoni Gaudi buildings in Barcelona, in a more upscale part of the city, away from the touristy part of town. It is well appointed and maintained, has courteous and helpful staff, and a very nice breakfast buffet. The only downside is that the rooms are on the small side.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns wohl gefühlt. U-Bahn fast vor der Tür. Nur das Frühstück hätte abwechslungsreicher sein können. War klein, aber frisch und es wurde immer gleich nachgefüllt. Aber es gab täglich exakt das Gleiche, auch nicht sehr kreativ, was die Eiergerichte anging.

Convenient position for attractions, reception helpful, very clean and lovely spread for breakfast. Did not like sleeping on a mattress protector which was slippery, crackly and made me sweat. Only left at most 2 coffee caps and cream each day. The pool was freezing and windy on the roof although to be fair it was March

O ponto positivo que merece muitos elogios, é sem dúvida, a educação, cordialidade e simpatia dos funcionários do hotel. Todos muito solícitos e agradáveis, em especial ao atendente Mark, que estava sempre disposto a ajudar de qualquer forma. O hotel em geral é bom. Saguão, corredores e quartos limpos e cuidados. Café da manhã simples, básico, porém bem tratado. O ponto negativo mais evidente foi o tamanho do quarto triplo. Bem pequeno para uma família de 3 adultos. O banheiro fica quase dentro do quarto, não propiciando um adequado isolamento. A localização é boa, mas não é excelente. É boa pois fica muito próxima de uma estação de metrô, mas não é tão próximo da Sagrada Família, principalmente para pessoas mais idosas.

Best Boutique hotel in Barcelona
We stayed at the Well and Come for 10 days. It was the most delightful, friendly boutique hotel that I’ve been to in a long time. Everything was super clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

The hotel was perfect for our short stay in the city. We enjoyed all the hotel had to offer and was a good central location to most of the sites we wanted to see.

Es ist ein adrettes Hotel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wegen Silvester haben wir keine Reservierung für ein Restaurant gefunden, aber das Rezeptionspersonal hat für uns viel herumtelefoniert und schließlich etwas für uns ergattert. Hatten den Eindruck, daß Bettwäsche wohl nicht jeden Tag gewechselt wird, ansonsten aber alles sauber. Wasserdruck in der Dusche gut.'Dusche Dud

Hidden Jem of a Hotel, Staff is super friendly and nice. Always so attentive. Recommend staying here!! Room is small but perfect for just sleeping. The rooftop has a nice view and the balconies are great. Make you feel like a true local.

Warm and Thoughtful Haven of Hospitality
We recently had the pleasure of staying at Well and Come, and it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. What stood out right away was the hotel's flexibility in offering us an early check-in, allowing us to unwind and settle in comfortably after a long journey. Traveling with a toddler can sometimes be tough, but the staff at the hotel went above and beyond to make our little one feel special. A cute little gift for our toddler awaited us upon check-in, adding a personal touch that truly touched our hearts. One of the highlights of our stay was the personalized recommendations provided by the hotel staff for places to eat and visit in the local area. It was evident that the staff took the time to understand our preferences, offering tailored suggestions that turned out to be hidden gems. From cozy local eateries to must-visit attractions, their recommendations added an extra layer of enjoyment to our trip. The accommodations were very comfortable and the location is apt; it's walkable from most tourist destinations in Barcelona.

VERY thin walls. A lot of noise from adjoining rooms and from the rooftop bar. People talking on the phone at 1 AM and noise of high heels walking on the roof. Awful.

We will check what could happen since the roof in winter is closed at 11pm and there is no access allowed by that time. This is a very nice hotel. The staff is amazing! Very nice, helpful and willing to help. The breakfast was so nice and it has many choices. The ambience is really good. Walking distance from La Sagrada Familia (8 minutes) and La Pedrera and casa Batlló. 8-10 minutes Definitely, we will come back here when back in Barcelona.

Genius location and excellent service
It completely amazing place to stay for romantic time of deserved vacation for young parents. Hotel personel provided excellent and friendly service. Everything was for best rating. And the location of the hotel is great for somebody who wants see most of the city.
