Schonen Tag von Hotel,leider konnen wir nicht sehen,welche Reservation das war.Wenn Sie nicht das Zimmer mit Balkon hatten,das war classische Zimmer,mit Balkon deluxe. Wir haben uberprufft,alle Zimmer von Expedia hatten deluxe Zimmer. Grossere ist nur Appartament.Sie konnten uns das auf Rezeption sagen,wir sind immer hier.Wir konnten Ihnen das Zimmer gleich tauschen oder anderes mit Blick auf Fontane anbieten. Thank you for your review. We wanted to clarify that Grand Boutique Hotel Sergijo has been reconstructed in the year 2006, with a complete Italian design. When choosing a room, we offer the standard room or also a luxury room with big high quality mattresses, balconies, and original paintings and expensive decoration. We also offer 2 apartments. The choice of the standard room was yours. Your room was simpler, we suggest the DeLuxe Room next time. We have expensive and good quality decoration and furniture throughout the whole interior of the hotel, together with the Lobby Bar and the Restaurant. The hotel is not old but reconstructed with high quality materials and furniture, and that is why our Lobby Bar won an award as the most beautiful in Slovakia in the BAR AWARD 2008, in the year 2017 the hotel has been nominated in the International Hospitality Award as the most beautiful boutique hotel. The hotel is the only international business hotel in the area and offers breakfast, buffet and ala cart choice for business clients from 6,30 according to requests, as well as we offer 2x daily transfer to the SPA and for the procedures.

We would like to clarify that the hotel has been completely reconstructed, we try to make the services better every year and the hotel is here for the guests for 22 years already. In the year 2016-2017 we have completely reconstructed the rooms and added spaces to the hotel, such as the Wellness and Fitness,new Millenium restaurant. Hotel has has been nominated as the best boutique hotel in 2017 in the International Hospitality Award. As the only one in the area, the hotel is an international luxury boutique hotel and a member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Slovakia. If you ever visit us again, we are certain that you would be satisfied with the quality of our services.
