I feel that the gap in attention to detail within our Engineering department during higher business levels and possibly a lack of training has resulted in this disappointing experience. I have taken this up strongly with our Engineering teams and have given instructions to immediately call an urgent meeting with all relevant staff and to address these issues point by point. I am very disappointed with all the issues raised.
