Hello Teri. I am sorry to hear you had a less-than-ideal experience with us. The cobwebs should have been removed before a guest checked in and I am disappointed to hear this was not done.I apologize that your toilet was experiencing an issue. After contacting staff, were they able to fix the issue?I will also make sure to remind our team that some of our cottages have track locks instead of handle locks and to go over this with our guests when checking in.I do hope you give us a second chance to demonstrate our true level of hospitality. For future reservations, you do have the option to lock in a specific cottage number. To do so message out team after you have booked a reservation and request the cottage number of your choosing.

As for the hair dryer and microwave, it doesn't look like those will be things provided in the future. That being said we do have a microwave located in our lookout room for guests to use! Our hot water tanks are single tanks per unit, and can not cool more than 15 gallons of water at a time. So if longer showers are being taken, the next person will not have very warm water. Hi Kristi, Our location will be perfect for your exploring needs. We are directly across the road from the beach where you can kayak or SUP. There is a light house tour and plenty of eatery options as well as a plentiful of close-by hiking trails.
