We have external lights coming down the stairway that brightly illuminates the walkway area for our guest's safety. We encourage guests to reach out with any concerns while in residence so we have the opportunity to make things right - the local contact would have been happy to help. We were not aware the propane was low and will be replaced. We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!"

Hi Daniel, thanks for your review. This homeowner has asked us to pass along the following response: "Thank you for this feedback. One of the outlets is out. I clean the property myself and make sure the property is cleaned to the COVID guidelines. The couch is only a year and a half old. There are two foam sleep toppers available in the closet to adjust to your comfort level as well. There is also a blow-up mattress provided. We do recommend with the current COVID climate that guest bring their own pillows if they would feel more comfortable as well." Thanks for taking the time to leave your review!

The pullout bed is a high-end model that has never received complaints before, and the owners provide extra pieces of foam for further padding. Similarly, the air mattress is a queen and has also never received any negative feedback, but we appreciate you letting us know! - We're unsure about the source of the noise you heard in the neighborhood; most of the homes in the area are not primary residences and noise complaints have never been an issue here. The two next-door neighbors specifically are an elderly man on one side and a second home for another family who was not there during your stay. On our listing, we clearly outline the bedroom configuration of the home, as well as every amenity that is offered, so travelers can take those things into account when deciding whether or not to book. We clearly state that the beds at the property are a queen air-mattress and a sleeper sofa, and we can confidently confirm that we do not advertise this home having a washer/dryer or dishwasher; however, we apologize if this caught you off guard. As a studio cabin, this home does not have the space for these added amenities. The owner does appreciate your feedback regarding the hair dryer and will be sure to add one to the bathroom when she is at the property this weekend. The yacht is always there, and we clearly depict that in the photos on our listing, but we're if this caught you off guard. The pirate hanging in the boathouse is a fun decoration and no one has ever expressed concerns about it in the past. This home is absolutely equipped to sleep 4 people, as there are king and queen air mattresses available, as well as a pullout couch. There are also four additional blankets at the property, extra toilet paper, paper towels, salt and pepper, and a fully-equipped kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils.
