Charming oasis in quiet village location with air conditioning (extra) WiFi

A romantic and charming oasis with original and almost artistic décor, Casa Romántica awaits you in a very quiet corner location in the tranquil and original village of Ariany.
The house is grouped in two separate areas around an inner courtyard, with access via the quiet side street. Here you enter the main house, which rises over two floors. On the ground floor, the lovingly designed dining area, the rustic kitchen and an additional seating area with sofa and flat-screen TV as well as the small but charming garden with private pool create a very special Mediterranean holiday atmosphere. A large and cosy bedroom with double bed, a modern bathroom with shower, as well as a large open living room including a corner sofa with integrated footboard and German satellite TV, are at your disposal in the upper area of the house. There is an additional bedroom with a bunk bed for two people (ideal for children).
The courtyard area is lovingly planted and laid out with artificial grass. In this oasis, there is a seating area and two sunbeds. The courtyard leads to the annexe, which has another bedroom on the courtyard side and its own bathroom.
The house has air conditioning in all bedrooms, which provides pleasant cooling in summer and cosy warmth in the transitional period, as well as pellet heating in winter (extra costs for heating material may apply).
From the house you can reach the main square of the village with some bars and shopping facilities in a few minutes on foot. Due to the convenient location of Ariany, you can also quickly reach the neighbouring villages of Sineu with numerous restaurants or the second largest town on the island, Manacor, with branches of all major supermarkets and important medical facilities by car. Even the sea can be reached from Ariany in less than half an hour by car.

Optional extra costs: On request, an air-conditioning flat rate (cold/warm) of 15, - Euro per day can be booked additionally on arrival.
