We arrived late due to delays at the border crossing. When we called to let the hotel know the receptionist was great, reassuring us that there would be no problem and not to rush.
On arrival she was very helpful and friendly. It was a nice welcome after a long journey.

Nur unsympathisch und schlechter Service.
Das unfreundliche Personal ever. Kein Lächeln, kein Hallo, geschweige denn ein herzliches Willkommen. Es wurde noch nicht einmal der Kopf gehoben…schlecht! Darüber hinaus fand eine oder mehrere Veranstaltungen statt und es gab keine Möglichkeit das Restaurant zu nutzen. Das Hotel liegt am „Ende der Welt“ und wir mussten wieder mit dem Auto durch die Gegend fahren. Frechheit!!!

L’albergo è molto carino, il contesto è una zona industriale ma è molto vicino all’autostrada, non mi è piaciuta la signora che serviva la colazione perché non era molto cortese e il bacon servito era freddo, per il resto tutto perfetto e molto pulito, per chi apprezza la storia dell’arrivo dello zucchero in Romania, l’albergo la racconta attraverso i suoi piani... molto carino!
