According to our group hotel standards we use the best quality and seasonal products in our food preparation to ensure a delightful dining experience for our guests. Hotel compliance with the legislation and the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, and ISO 10002 for quality standardization. You informed our Restaurant staff about the eggplant salad and our cuisine team reported it to our food engineer, she took replicate samples and sent them to our corporate laboratory.You informed our Guest Relations team about your concerns and they immediately were ready to provide you medical care and offered you to go to the hospital. Unfortunately, you didn't accept it.We also would like to inform you that, there have been no cases or any claims recorded during your stay in the hotel. Replicate samples of the food products are kept for 72 hours which is mandatory for quality measurements. We are doing our best to take the necessary measures for the health, safety, and satisfaction of our guests.Kind Regards
