Dear Mr. Bangsgaard, As a PREMIUM VIP guest you have the right to check in from 13.00 (normal check-in time from 15:00). And of course when the room is already available, we check you in earlier. Our Front Office did everything to make sure that you, as our PREMIUM VIP guest, could check-in as soon as possible. In our system we can see that our Front Office checked you into the room at the morning. This is more than one hour earlier than the guaranteed 13:00 for our PREMIUM VIP guests. We are only a small boutique hotel with higher occupancy. For this reason we cannot guarantee you complimentary upgrade to a higher room category. This is the case with your reservation. As a small gesture from our side we give you a complimentary fruit basket if the room upgrade is not available. We are very sorry you did not appreciate this gesture. We have also seen your complaint that you did not receive any PREMIUM VIP advantages. We informed you via email on the 10th of September about your PREMIUM VIP advantages: Guaranteed check-in time of 13:00 (normal 15:00) and guaranteed check-out time of 14:00 (normal 12:00). You were also informed about the complimentary breakfast for you a as our PREMIUM VIP guest, which is served from 08:00 – 11:00 at our lobby. We took immediatly action on your complaints. As you have seen the hotel is situated in the residence area in Amsterdam, which is not suitable for a hotel parking. We have never placed any information regarding own hotel parking, but a Valet Parking only. When you traveling by car we advise to check the parking option before to make a booking. This is valid for restaurant information as well. On all bookings site is clearly mentioned that we serve breakfast only on property. There are plenty restaurants around the hotel area to dinner.
