Værelse med kanaludsigt
Virkelig venlig betjening. Hotellet har en fantastisk central beliggenhed. Hvis du booker dig ind på hotellet er det et meget stort plus at bestille med udsigt til kanalen. For mig/os var det træls med én stor dobbeltdyne, men ellers var opholdet supergodt.

The staff was amazing. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special. Location was excellent. Right in the center of the old city so walking everywhere was very easy. View out out window of the canal, first rate!!

If you don’t plan to spend a lot of time in your room and you don’t go in the summer, this is your place. It is an old building but very clean. Rooms are just big enough for the beds and maybe a chair but the bathroom is modern. There is NO room air conditioning which I did not realize but we had a canal view room and opened the large windows which made it perfect.

I loved Arthur and how he greeted me as soon as I walked in. I was given suggestions around the area on what to eat. My room was ready earlier and it was very clean

Bellissimo hotel, situato al centro della città ma in una strada tranquilla e silenziosa. Abbiamo alloggiato qui 5 giorni e abbiamo girato la città a piedi con la nostra bambina di 2 anni. Le camere sono sempre pulite e la colazione è ottima e varia. Il personale è molto gentile e accogliente. Top!

The room was clean but had a musty smell. There is an elevator which is good since Dutch stairs are scary. The location is great and the neighborhood is very walkable. The front desk staff was exceptional, very knowledgeable and helpful. This was true of everyone I interacted with while I was there.

This property was very centrally located, and the staff were extremely accommodating. They even opened the kitchen after hours for us. It was a quick walk to everything whether a tour, dinner or excursion. Would stay there again.

Front desk staff SUPER friendly!!! We had the most amazing time. Super convenient area, walkable to so many parts of Amsterdam, the rooms super comfy, clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Canal view was a huge plus. Definitely recommend. Close to Tulip Market and cheese tasting and souvenir, thrift, specialty shops.

Great location, hotel room itself a little worn. One thing I can’t figure out is the shower- it’s just one big floor in the small bathroom so there is no way to take a shower without flooding the whole bathroom! With that said, the reception staff could not have been more attentive, friendly, helpful, and personable!

Amazing stay! Everyone is so friendly. The rooms were very clean and the staff was attentive to all of our needs. Because of the great location in Centre Amsterdam, the room was small; we were fine with this aspect. We booked this hotel, because of location, but the hotel was awesome. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location, great view to canals, good price
Nice location, really good view to canals, short walking distance from every where in center. I was surprised how good the location was because this was my first time in Amsterdam. Staff was really friendly and good english skills. Rooms are cosy and there is air condition. Nice that room had a kettle. Bathroom was renovated and modern. But shower had poor water pressure, with long hair it was a bit tricky to wash hair. At nights there is some noise coming from streets, if you are sensitive sleeper ask for a quieter room. Stairs to rooms are really steep (probably in most of the hotels in AMS)

Great location and friendly staff
The hotel location was amazing if you are looking to be in the heart of Amsterdam and the canals. The front desk staff was so inviting and helpful for new travelers like us. The rooms were quite small but the views of the canal made it a truly memorable experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking to experience the heart of Amsterdam.
