Dear Mary, we are very sorry that you found the smell of our bedding unpleasant and had trouble sleeping because of it. This is a complaint we have not received before and which we can hardly imagine, as the perception of smell is of course always something very personal. Despite the fact that our staff tried to work with you to find out where the smell you were referring to came from, unfortunately this was of no avail and you did not want to take advantage of our offer to try another room. In this case it is therefore very unfortunate to read that you were not satisfied with the solutions we offered, because they could have made your stay more pleasant.

It is true that we are on a busier connecting road to the airport; therefore, all rooms at the front have shutters to reduce noise. Helaas was er door noodweer en overmacht een overboeking en hebben wij getracht alles zo snel en goed mogelijk op te lossen. Zover wij weten hebt u zelf besloten toch op zoek te gaan naar een ander hotel, dus is het spijtig dat u ons een lage recensie geeft, terwijl wij niet de mogelijkheid kregen alles netjes op te lossen.
