Very nice house with a great location
Very nice and well maintained house, with a great location right next to the fantastic and clean pool. The house was easy to book and the communication with the owner was quick and easy. The house is fully equipped with fast internet.

absolut et dejligt og billigt hus, hvor alt var i orden.
Vi kommer helt sikkert igen. Det har været et rigtig dejligt hus, og vi manglede intet. huset havde alt, og vi var 4 børn i alderen 10 - 16 og 2 voksne. masser af plads, gode værelser, 2 badeværelser, 3 terrasser og de 2 af dem vendte, så vi kunne sidde lige ved siden af poolen, og se på børnene. der var rent og pænt, og huset er i god stand.

Lo Crispin rental
Transport is needed to make the most of the property, with (aside from a small mini market) most shops being over 1Km away. For summer stays the pool is ideally situated, however for a jan/ feb stay it is too cold to use. The property itself while spacious is a liitle dated and would benefit from refreshing. Access for parking on the driveway was a little problematic, but there is plenty of safe onroad parking close by. The host was very helpful when information was requested. Secure storage for bikes was provided and if you are a cyclist, this is a great base from which to explore the local area. The next door neighbour also provided lots of information about the area.

Lovely family friendly Villa
We have just returned from a 2 week stay here, the villa is well equiped with everything you need. The kitchen has lots of utensils and you will find some food cupboard items available for use, including a coffee machine that takes nespresso pods. The upstairs bathroom has a small supply of essentials and a hair dryer. The shower upstairs is quite powerful which was a lovely suprise. We travelled with children, one of which needed the travel cot, which they supplied for us. The property managers were very friendly and not at all put out by our late arrival! If you are travelling with younger children, be aware that the glass coffee table top isnt secure, we moved it to the side of the living space to keep it out of the way of the children. The pool is a great size, the locals were friendly and very welcoming, although just be aware you can't have inflatables in the pool, due to spanish law, snorkels also aren't allowed, although we did have a small rubber ring and armbands without issue. Some of the local use pool noodles, which you can pick up relatively cheap from quesada. There's a good choice of restaurants in Quesada as well as supermarkets. There is a mini market and a new supermarket on Lo Crispin that is well stocked for the little things. The supermarktlet also offers hot food and icecreams. Overall it was a lovely villa in a great location!

Great villa
Great villa that was spacious and very clean and tidy. It’s situated right next to the shared pool which was also well maintained. The air conditioning at the property was a particularly welcomed addition in the heat and worked exceptionally well - thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great location but you need a car
This property has everything you need for a relaxing holiday as a couple or a group of 6/7. There are plenty of places to visit or eat and an excellent choice of beaches if you have a car.

Excelente casa con acceso casi directo a la piscina.
En todo momento genial comunicación con el propietario. Casa excelente distribución, amplia y con todas las comodidades tanto en cocina como resto de cosas Q puedas necesitar. Varias terrazas y zonas para comer y tomar la fresca. La piscina junto a la casa y casi siempre vacía.

Fenomenal casa perfecta
Nos hemos alojado un grupo de 7 personas, dos familias con niños en la casa de Peter y ha cumplido nuestras expectativas en todos los aspectos. El alojamiento es incluso mejor de lo que se ve en las fotos. Peter fue muy amable desde el primer momento y la comunicación muy fluida. Carys nos entregó las llaves a la hora prevista y fue muy servicial. La casa está preparada para no echar nada en falta. Utensilios de cocina y mobiliario suficientes para estar cómodos. La zona de barbacoa y el jardín muy espacioso. La piscina está Justo al lado de la piscina lo que te permite vigilar a los pequeños sin problema desde la casa. Peter cuenta además con varias sillas de playa que hemos utilizado durante estos días. Toda la casa tiene aire acondicionado y funciona perfectamente, lo que es muy importante en la zona. Volveremos a alojarnos en casa de Peter.

The Worst Experience in over15 years renting on the Costa Blanca
Judging by other reviews, I think we were very unlucky to have arrived just after a 3 month let. We received apologies for the state of the place from the owner and housekeeper. However this did not rescue a ruined holiday

You were right that house and garden were not ready when you arrived. We did everything to solve the problems after a 3-month bad rent asap. That is not the way we want it. After a long rent we will not rent the villa out immediately. It's a pity that the first days of your vacation colored the 4 weeks you stayed in our house that much. Apologize and as a compensation we didn't charge you the extra used electric.

Fantastic property
We have just got back from staying at this property & it was lovely. Very clean & in a great location. Pool literally next to house. Communication both with owner & manager extremely good. All family members enjoyed the house & location! Relative who lives on the Lo Crispin estate was thrilled we got to visit her after so long!

Schönes Haus von außen. Ganze September 2021.
Hinter hof fast alles defekt , Stühle .kleine schirm keine Tischdecke.Küche alles alt und kaum Licht, Kühlschrank leckt, alte TV,Radio.Positiv viel Geschirr für spülmaschine.Nicht geeignet für staub Allergiker. Jeden Tag alles mit Sand und putzen. Super direkt am Swimmbad, das aber wohl nur in der Nachsaison. Wlan war ok.

Schade, dass Sie wehrend Ihrer 4 Wochen Verbleib keinen Kontakt mit uns oder mit die Betreuer aufgenommen habe. Dan hatte wir vieles für ihnen losen können. Ein Großes Sonnenschirm ist da, und eben so eine neue Tischdecke. Aber wenn man nicht fragt können wir den Ärgernissen nicht lösen. Denn Sahara staub den in diese Jahreszeit öfter zu uns kommt ist für uns etwas was wir nicht in der Hand habe. Hoffentlich haben sie sich auch ein bisschen erholt. Peter und Petra

Par contre on nous réclame des frais supplémentaires pour la consommation d'électricité, hors nous n'avons pas accès au compteur à l'arrivée, ni au départ. Donc, au bon vouloir du propriétaire. La maison a été rendue beaucoup plus propre au départ qu'à l'arrivée. Sinon emplacement très appréciable près de la piscine, matériels pour le séjour très satisfaisant. Je recommande cette habitation pour des vaccances au calme.

La villa está fenomenal muy trankila hemos pasado muy bien los niños disfrutaron mucho de la piscina que está al lado de la casa lo único que decía que cerraba a las 23 y cerraba antes 20 min de la playa de la Mata en coche y supermercados 3min en coche.la casa está muy bien para unas vacaciones trankilas.

Prima huis, en heerlijk zwembad ernaast
Prima vakantiewoning, het zwembad ernaast is echt heerlijk en netjes. Goede airco in de woning en alles is aanwezig in de woning, wat je nodig hebt. Veel grote supermarkten in de buurt, en heerlijke restaurants ‘ Het echtpaar wat de sleutels verzorgd, is erg aardig en kun je alles aan vragen over de buurt. Minpuntje vonden wij het grind om het huis, je kan nooit op blote voeten lopen, doet behoorlijk zeer, de tuintafel is vrij gammel en de stoelen om de tuintafel zijn ook wel aan vervanging toe. En een ander koffieapparaat is een optie, koffie is altijd koud! Verder hebben wij een heerlijke vakantie gehad, met leuke mensen in de buurt! Ik zou het zeker aanraden!

Perfecto para la familia
La casa tiene todas las comodidades para pasar unos días en familia, la cocina y sus utensilios muy completos, habitaciones amplias y confortables y cerca de zonas de ocio y restauración. Zona muy tranquila. Fuimos con toda la familia y mientras preparas una BBQ puedes controlar a los chicos en la piscina, todo muy a mano. Muy recomendable

We loved to stay in this house
If you are looking for a vacation house that is kept in order as you would have it, with good beds, clean and all-working bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, cozy garden for morning coffee, in a nice and calm area - then this house a great choice. Additional perk is that the communal pool, a nicely designed recreational area shared among several neighbor houses, is right next to the house, making it feel like it is your private. Peter and Petra, the owners, are helpful, easy to communicate with and just very nice people. We are looking forward to staying in this house again.

Villa bien placée par rapport à la piscine, en revanche il faut impérativement un moyen de transport car les premiers commerces se trouvent à 2.5km à ciudad quesada mais cette petite ville est top , on y trouve tout pas besoin d'aller à Torrevieja qui se trouve à 15 km .. Pour la suite : La personne qui nous accueille ne fait aucun inventaire , nous avons la mauvaise surprise c'est qu'elle relève le compteur d’électricité car il faut le savoir nous avons le droit qu'a un nombre de KW à ne pas dépassé par semaine. Cette année il à fait particulièrement chaud donc nous avons mis la clim le soir pour dormir seulement et malgré tout nous avons dépassé . Il faut savoir que lorsque vous louez cette villa sur abritel , il n'est précisé nul part que vous n'avez le droit qu'a un certain nombre de KW, c'est seulement quand vous avez payé que le propriétaire vous envoie un descriptif avec le déroulement du séjour. Ensuite la personne qui vous accueille ne vous laisse pas le choix de l'horaire pour partir , nous voulions quitter la villa à 8h mais elle à refusé en nous disant : le départ est soit 9h ou bien 15h . Elle ne fait aucun état des lieux devant nous , elle nous dit que tout est ok mais une fois partie elle fait un rapport au propriétaire qui m'envoie un mail en me disant que nous avons de frais d’électricité en plus , des serviettes de bain qui ne sont plus la , des transats cassés , ect..... Mon fils a joué avec une bombe de fil rouge ( celle qu'on utilise pour faire la fête) il y avait des trace sur le mur ( cela se retire sans problème avec la main) j'ai oublié de nettoyer le mur et le prioritaire me facture des frais de nettoyage !! J'ai réglé le problème avec le propriétaire afin de récupérer ma caution . Pour cela j'ai du m'expliquer avec lui sinon il voulait me retirer la moitié de ma caution!! Durant mon séjour j'ai demandé à me servir des vélo mais j'ai réparé un vélo crevé à mes frais en plus il était attaché sans nous laissé la clé donc j'ai cassé l'antivol puis remplacé l'antivol , nous avons remplacé aussi le tuyau de la douche qui a percé ! tout cela à mes frais sans demander de remboursement . Donc pour votre information lorsque vous louez un bien , pensez à faire un état des lieux au début et à la fin du séjour et surtout posez toutes les questions avant de vous engagez car vous n’êtes pas à l'abris d'une bonne surprise !!

Désolé pour les inconvénients. Entendant, nous avons démissionné la personne qui vous accueille qu’elle a laissé une mauvaise impression sur nos invités. Heureusement, nous avons pu le résoudre ensemble par la suite.

Peter was a kind and well organised owner. The villa was clean, light and well resourced. The beds were particularly comfortable. We’ve stayed in the area previously and this was the best villa we’ve had so we’d definitely rebook especially for the pool location.

Nice, well equipped but could do with a few improvements
We rented this villa for 3 weeks in June, for our familys to join us. The villa it’s self was very nice. Lovely location next to the communal pool. Well equipped, all bedding and towels supplied. Unfortunately no cot which was specified in the villa information ( my daughter has a 7 month old baby) when I contacted the manager I was informed that I could rent a cot for 20 euros. Which we did. One of the sofas in the sitting room seemed to be shredding its coating as I spent a lot of time hoovering up bits so that the baby didn’t get it in his mouth. Also there were no instructions in the villa as to how the air conditioning or the shutters worked also no information as to accessing the gate to get into the pool. ( meet and greet didn’t inform us of any of there’s things, just gave us the keys.) So we spent a lot of time working things out for ourselves. Therefor a folder with some information, in different languages would be beneficial. The barbecue hadn’t been cleaned so we were unable to use that. The complex is quite vast with 2 pubs ( one quite close but closes early if no customers about. The other one LoCrispin Tavern was brilliant, lovely fresh meals at a good price) The complex has no shops but there is a garage selling some basic supplies a short drive away. Also there are supermarkets in the nearest town,also a short drive or there is a walkway but took us about 20 minutes to half hour to walk there. However, we had a wonderful holiday spending quality time with kids and their kids.

Brilliant and very comfortable villa
Very impressed with the villa, being right next to the pool was an added bonus. Villa very well equipped with everything in terms of everyday necessities. One small suggestion, a small bottle of milk would have been nice as we arrived in the early hours of the morning and no where open to purchase some, hence no cup of tea when we arrived. Surrounding areas brilliant with lovely small towns and beaches to explore plus La Zenia Boulevard a must. Would highly recommend this accommodation.

August holiday
This was a very nice house for a family holiday. The location was satisfactory, within an easy drive to the beach. The swimming pool is super close, right next to the house which was very convenient. The house was clean and comfortable. The only drawback was the broken downstairs shower, 6 people had to share one bathroom. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this villa for a nice quiet family holiday.

Beautiful family rental
We stayed here for 2 weeks in august, the weather was fantastic. The house is situated right next to the shared pool. You can use the pool from 8am-11pm. No inflatables in the pool as is the Spanish law in residential pools. The house has A/C upstairs and downstairs. It is well furnished and in a fantastic plot. Lo crispin is a residential estate with 2 pubs, la bodega and the tavern. You can walk to both and the tavern serves lovely food and has a bouncy castle for the children to play on. The house is well stocked with kitchen equipment and there is plenty of space for a large family. There are 2 terraces upstairs and a large gated garden with a built in BBQ and space to park a car. Quesada is a small car journey away or 7€ in a taxi. At quesada you can find lots of bars and restaurants, a mini golf, water park and bowling alley. This is a beautiful house in a beautiful part of Spain and anyone who stays here will love it just as we did.

Well located, well furnished and relaxing environment and atmosphere
Really enjoyed this well furnished and well positioned holiday home. Had all the home comforts needed and right next to a refreshing pool and gardens Would welk recommend to all especially with a large family and wouldn't hesitate to stay again :-)

Dans un village résidentiel de vacance, très joli maison avec tous le confort Que vous souhaitez pour passer de très bonne vacances. une piscine qui jouxte la maison avec très peu de monde nous étions pour ainsi dire les seuls avec mes enfants et petits enfants.

Lekker rustig
We hebben een hele fijne week gehad in dit huis. We zaten er met zijn 2-en in en we hadden daardoor lekker de ruimte. Het zwembad is naast het huis en in de tuin kan je lekker zitten. Het enige jammere is dat je alles met de auto moet. Maar de supermarkt is op 5 min rijden dus relatief dichtbij. En doordat het afgelegen ligt geeft het wel veel rust.

prima voor overwintering
deze complete woning is bijzonder geschikt voor overwintering mede door de stand t.o.v de zon en het gemeenschappelijk zwembad naast de woning er is altijd wel een plekje in de zon te vinden in de ruime tuin .alles wat de advertentie belooft is ook werkelijk aanwezig.de woning is prima onderhouden en de eigenaar heeft deze winter een prachtige houtkachel laten plaatsen,deze maakt de airco overbodig en zorgt voor gezellige en voldoende warmte de eigenaar is flexibel en service gericht en geeft alle informatie die U wenst de omgeving is fantastisch voor wandelen en fietsen,van vlakke tot heuvelachtige ritten en leuke Spaanse plaatsen op 2-4 km afstand kortom een geslaagde overwinteringsvakantie is hier gegarandeerd familie Groot Andijk
