Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall! Graber's Getaway on the St. Clair River is perfect for those looking for a peaceful retreat, family get together. Relax and let the water soothe you as you watch the freighters and pleasure craft cruise by.

We're ready for work from home guests. We will setup your office with a River view! Message for details.

This waterfront house with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms will wow you and your family. Super clean. Grab a cup of coffee and start your day watching the beautiful sunrise over the St Clair River. Everything you need to cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner is in the fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy dinner inside or out on the back deck.

We're located near the Algonac State Park. You can walk or bike the 6.2 mile path to the state park or to town. Public boat launch just 5 minutes away. Cornhole fun! Bonfire!

Take a ride up the River Rd and explore all the little towns and their unique offerings. Live theatre in Marine City! Beautiful boardwalk in St Clair! Quiet beach in Marysville along with their 2.3 mile walkway along the river. Don't miss out on a Huron Lady II River cruise in Port Huron. Every town has wonderful restaurants and of course, ice cream.

An A+ Property and Experience!
Graber's Getaway was everything it promised to be! A splendid, exceptionally clean property with comfortable beds and all the amenities of home. The snacks, coffee and can "koozies" were a delightful and thoughtful touch. The view of the river (catch the sun rise!) and neighboring Canada from the comfort of a plush chair, while having morning coffee, was the epitome of relaxation. And the freighter traffic was an experience not to be missed: totally amazing! Thank you Tammi for sharing your wonderful home: wish we could have stayed longer!

Lovely Stay!
The host of this property provided everything we needed, even thoughtful details like binoculars to watch the water traffic and flashlights in each nightstand. We enjoyed playing the board games which were provided, watching freighters, strolling on the neighborhood walking/biking path, and going to the nearby beach. I had some trouble with VRBO; this trip never showed up in my account, but the host made everything work seamlessly.

Great View
Our family had a wonderful time staying at this property. The view of the river and watching the freighters go by was spectacular. The house was very clean, well stocked and Tammi was very responsive on my questions before we booked. My only comment for those towing a boat, backing in the driveway was doable but tight. You might check that out if you are bringing a boat. Having said that we would stay here again.

Excellent and well kept vacation rental!
We stayed here for a week and the listing was everything advertised. Clean, well maintained home with all the basics supplied to make it feel like you never left your own home. Owner was very professional and not over-communicative. If you're looking for a vacation rental you won't be disappointed.

This property was a 10 out of 10. If you want to relax and regroup this home is perfect. My husband and I enjoyed the modern beautifully decorated home. The view. The view. I had to say it twice it was everything. The rain clouds dispersed and we had a starry night wirh a water view. Magnificent. This location will be on repeat.

Book it!
If you’re going to Algonac and are trying to find the “right” place, stop looking and book Graber’s Getaway. The house is spotless, it has everything you need for a short or long stay (well beyond the basics), and is ideally located on the St. Clair River. We stayed between Christmas and New Year and even in Algonac’s “off season” we had a great time.

Fantastic!!
This is a beautiful home right on the river. Watching the freighters and cruise ships was the best! The home was very clean and well stocked with anything you might need. The hospitality of the owner was outstanding! We had a very comfortable and amazing stay.

Unforgettable Stay on The Saint Clair River!!!!!
My family and I rented Graber’s Getaway on Lake Saint Clair. This was our first time staying and boating on the river and it did NOT disappoint. The house was exactly as pictured online….meticulously maintained. To say I am a clean freak is an understatement and this house was SPOTLESS. Everything you would need was there. Beds, showers, kitchen, floors….every inch of the house was glistening clean. Communication with Tammi was seamless and her response times are so quick! We will 100% be staying again and will most definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a place in the area! Thank you so much Tammi for everything!!

Celebrating Sassy 60th with Six Friends
Graber’s Getaway was lovely. Everyone enjoyed the amenities, amazing views of the river and passing freighters. Sitting enjoying the water and sipping our morning coffee and Bailey’s -- Especially through the crystal clean picture windows! The bedrooms are all upstairs and did get a little stuffy at night. Thankful for the Tammy the host having an oscillating fan in the closet! I’m pretty sure a few of my guests will be booking your property in the near future.

Very nice property and location. The street was a little more busy than I thought it would be but I believe that was due to the holiday weekend. But I enjoyed the lakeview and watching the freighters! The kitchen had everything we needed and the property was very clean and nicely decorated. Communication with owner was excellent! Would definitely recommend 😊

A Perfect Home Away from Home!
This lovely property was perfect for our group of five adults. It is located on the St. Clair River and the lake freighters frequently pas s by as they make their way way between Lakes Erie and Huron. The large, airy home is beautifully furnished with a well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and immaculate bathrooms (and filled with a thoughtful array of toiletries. The large living room has windows looking directly over the River, a fireplace, and plenty of room to read and chat. The home also has a glass grill on the back porch and a very modern washer and dryer in the basement. Tammi, our host, was a delight. She could not have been more welcoming and helpful. If you choose to stay at this property do not pass up the opportunity to shop at Azar’s Market less than a mile away. The hand cut and personally seasoned steaks are spectacular. Needless to say, we cannot wait to return for another stay.

Great Boatwatching Getaway
We booked a last minute vacation, to celebrate Easter as a Family. Tammi was very accommodating, and very quick to respond to my questions. The house was equally as beautiful as the photos. Everything we needed could be found, and we enjoyed the days watching the freighters and boats go buy, as well as the fishing from the dock. There were 3 couples and the house didn't feel crowded at all. Lots of room for us all, and the 1/2 bath on lower level was very convenient. We hope to be back soon, to enjoy another great stay at Graber's Getaway!

Quiet Property with Amazing Views
The property was exactly like it shows and states. Amazing views of the river and in a quiet area which was perfect for us as a getaway for a wedding. Tammi was great with communication and making sure everything was good for us. Left us some amazing coffee that I am still having each morning.

Honeymoon
We took a short, in state, honeymoon and came across this property. If you enjoy water views and watching the boats go past this is a wonderful location. The house is very clean and well laid out. The kitchen is well appointed and spacious. There are lots of little things that show the owners care. It was just two of us but if it were 6 adults I don't think you'd feel cramped. Great get out of town for the weekend location. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future trips.

Beautiful home with beautiful views!
The home is spotless and has eveything you could need in the way of kitchen supplies, towels, bedding etc. Check-in and check-out was a breeze and the owner is extremely responsive and full of ideas and recommendations. The huge front windows provide a view of the water that cannot be beat. We took a great walk on the nearby trail. And watching the freighters is the best!

Lovely house and lots of freighters!
This home was clean and comfortable with good beds and a well supplied kitchen. The best part is the great views of the the St. Clair River and all the passing freighters. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
