Thank you for taking the time to review our hotel and it is also delighted to read that you apreciated the cleanless of the room. But, for sure, it makes us sad to hear your comments regarding some services experienced. Regarding your room category, you did not reserve a Grand Suite, you booked a Medium River Room. Of course, we want to apologize if the room certainly did not meet your standards. We feel very sorry that you didnt get in touch with us during your stay as we could have informed you that the shower stall is movable, so you can adjust it manually and our glass amenities were choose for sustainable reasons. We prefer glass over plastic and the glass is a safety glass it does not brake into smaller pieces. We apologize of course if this made you feel uncomfortable. Regarding our bartender we want to apologize as it as our Trainee who worked during your stay and that he did not reach the standard we aim for. We would love to have the opportunity to show that we know how to do it better. Your Grand Team

Dear Mr. Lee, Good afternoon from the Grand House. First of all we would like to thank you for share your experience with us and you can´t imagine how unhappy we were when we read your feedback. We must admit that this is a completely new experience for us to read that our guests left us disappointed and you were not able to enjoy the Grand Style in our Grand House. And we really hoped to convince you to live Great Moments with us at our House and at our Beach Club, but it seems we couldn't. We completely understand that you were disappointed at the arrival, because in your expectation the standard of Relais & Chateaux is that all Suites should have a bathtub and you were even expecting a Suite with bathtub and balcony. Therefore, we did not meet the R&C Standard from your point of view. Well, the Grand House is a historic building, all rooms are different, and we just do have 1 Suite with Bathtub and it was unfortunately occupied and if you see well in the description there is not mentioned the balcony nor the Bathtub, just the walking shower. But anyway, the picture from this Suite with the bathtub is shown as well in the pictures of this category, like both other Suites and this leads you to create a wrong expectation and again …that is not our aim, we love to see our guests happy, because our slogan is Ain´t life Grand. We really have done all efforts to keep you comfy as possible and we know that we could not help you at this point, but we hope could help all the readers to build their own opinion.
