PARKING
Paid parking is available at Park it Place across the street from the penthouse located at 107 6th St NW, Albuquerque, NM 87102. There are also several parking garages located around Downtown Albuquerque. Please do not leave valuables in your vehicle.
Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire apartment with the exception of some lockers near the entry that are for the cleaners.

The Penthouse is located Downtown so you are close to all public transport options including Taxi's, Uber and Lyft.
Other Things to Note:
- Terms and Conditions agreement and guest verification must be completed within 24 hours of reservation confirmation or prior to check-in which ever is sooner.
- Accidental Damage Protection Every stay at Irvie Homes comes with peace of mind, featuring up to $3,000 in accidental damage protection.
Coverage Details:
Protected: Accidental damages to furniture, fixtures, and appliances.
Not Covered: Damage from smoking inside, intentional or pet damage, landscaping damage, violations of house rules, and damages exceeding $3,000.
Additional Exclusions: Motor vehicles, aircraft, watercraft, personal items of occupants, credit cards, money, firearms, precious metals, business property, & electronic data. Losses due to gross negligence or criminal acts are also excluded.
Claims are subject to approval by the underwriter. Any damage not covered by the waiver or exceeding the coverage limit will be the guest's responsibility.
- Pets Policy: Dogs only must be under 40 lbs. Pet fee of $200.00 per pet. No pets on furniture and if left alone must be in kennel.
- Welcoming 2 guests in total.
- Full-size laundry available for guests.
- No parties allowed.
- No removal of any items from the property.
House Rules:
• No local guests allowed to book within 50 miles of property.
• Must be 25 years of age to book.
• Guests must complete Check-In Form and agree to the Irvie Homes terms and conditions, and provide photo ID within 24 hours of booking, or immediately if same day arrival.
• Quiet hours is between 10pm to 7am.
• No smoking, vaping, or consuming illegal substances of any kind on property .
• No parties or events.
• No moving furniture or appliances.
• Must obey house Occupancy Limits. Occupancy limit is 12 persons.
• Secure the home by locking all doors and windows anytime you leave the home.
• Reservations over 30 days may require security deposit, background and credit check.
• For stays over 30 days, a monthly cleaning fee will be applied.
• The Guest agrees to report any issues at home to the Host immediately.
NOTE: The building has a surveillance system at entry points, including elevators, for safety and security. The system monitors movements and actions to detect security threats and provide peace of mind for residents and visitors.
Covid Restrictions
• Please visit the NM Department of Health website to view any restrictions or travel advisories
• Guests acknowledge there is risk of Covid transmission with all travel. Guest will contact host if they believe they may be at high risk for having the Covid virus including known exposure to persons with the virus, fever, shortness of breath, coughing, or other covid-19 symptoms.
• Guests Agree that Irvie homes, and homeowner will not be held responsible for Covid-19 transmission during any travel.
