It features a tastefully furnished bedroom, a cosy living room with a comfortable sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchen. The apartment features:

Suite: Very spacious, it offers a comfortable and welcoming environment for guests. Furnished with a comfortable double bed, it also has a dedicated desk for those who wish to work remotely or do smart working during their stay. The suite is well-lit and provides a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere for resting or focusing during working hours.

Living area: Furnished with a comfortable sofa bed. It is the ideal place to relax, watch TV with included Netflix, and have a fully equipped kitchen. The living area is modernly furnished and offers an inviting atmosphere for enjoyable leisure time.

Bathroom area: The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine to provide maximum comfort and convenience. You can wash your clothes without having to worry about finding a laundry or taking them home dirty. This extra convenience makes the apartment ideal for both short and long stays.

Outdoor area: The apartment also offers an outdoor area with a balcony from which you can enjoy a spectacular view. You can admire breathtaking panoramas while sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a romantic dinner at sunset. Additionally, there is a reserved parking space in the outdoor area, which provides a convenient solution for safe parking during your stay.


Guests will have full and exclusive access to the entire apartment during their stay and will be able to freely use all the amenities and appliances available.


The check-in will be carried out autonomously through a self-check-in system. On the day of arrival, you will receive all the necessary instructions to access the apartment and to register your identification card or passport (which must be done within 12 hours of the check-in time, as required by Italian law). Similarly, at the time of check-out, you can leave the apartment independently.

Before your arrival, I will ensure that the apartment is thoroughly cleaned, following strict hygiene standards.

Fresh bed sheets and towels will be provided for each guest.
