Love this hotel, but…
We stayed there twice within our two week Alanya holiday. The first time we were at the swimup pool. Amazing welcome!!!! Amazing breakfast!!! Nice room, great bed, and shower. The music from White n White is VERY loud. The origin served amazing food and the roof lounge was really nice. Second stay we were at the suit Really beautiful room, but be aware of the pictures online. There are different suits that doesn’t offer same comfort level. Bit disappointed compared to the price for these rooms. But Loved the jacuzzi!!!! Watching stars at night, beautiful. The minibar service was amazing. We dined at Origin again and this time the experience was dreadful. We didn’t get the same dining experience as the week before. Furthermore I got food poisoning, so I’ve been throwing up for 24 hours non-stop. We really really really like this hotel a lot. But there are some hiccups Front desk manager, he is SO rude. He doesn’t great you at all. Absolutely horrible service. If you want him to be nice to you, you have to give the hotel 5 stars, while he is watching. In the rooms it would be nice to have glasses. We were offered wine, but there were only coffee cups in the room.( and only one cup, when we were 2 persons) And no opener. There were not filled up with coffee There were a bottle cap, next the the coffee machine that wasn’t cleaned up. Minor hiccups, but when they brand them as Ultra luxury hotel, they need to be on point

Vi kommer tilbage :)
Virkelig dejligt hotel, med fantastisk beliggenhed. Super højt service niveau! Hotellet var desværre ikke renoveret helt færdig, så vi fik ikke hele helheden med. Og der er et par ting som bliver lovet på hotels.com, som heller ikke stemmer overens. Men vi vil helt sikkert komme tilbage!!!

We loved our room . We had a private pool room and it was amazing. There was a good view of the sea. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning. The staff was always willing to help with whatever we needed . We will definitely stay here again. We also enjoyed dinner at night onsite at the restaurant. We had one morning at the spa and it was very relaxing .

This hotel is the best in Alanya you can find and stay. The staff is very friendly, the property is very clean, especially if you enter to the lobby the very nice parfum smell gives you directly a home feeling ❤️ The breakfast is amazing with lots is nice and delicious variety and the view of the sea during the stay in the restaurant is unbelievable nice 😊 In the evening you can visit the club at the top roof of this hotel with the best view over Alanya with very quality clubbing music and nice guests 💕 Our especially thanks goes to the General Manager Mr. ERCAN BESALTI who takes customer wishes very seriously and takes care with every issue you have. His hospitality as a manager is amazing 🧿 If your time is valuable choose DAY ONE HOTEL 🌹

Excellent hotel. Nothing is too much trouble, requested a birthday cake for my partner and they brought us the most delicious chocolate cake I have ever tasted! Rooms are lovely and spacious, super big comfy bed, mini bar with water and soft drinks all included and topped up during stay. We had the swim up pool room which is well worth it. Beach club next door we didn't visit but loved the tunes during the day, has a bit of an ibiza chilled vibe to it. We preferred the breakfast in the beach bar than the one included, but was very good value for money and the omelettes were amazing! The pizza during the day is one of the best pizzas I have ever tasted and the service whilst you are sunbathing is also top knotch! Going to book again for next year!

Excellent stay
We had a wonderful stay here. The swim up room is amazing. So nice being able to dip in and out of the pool at your own leisure. Great they also have their own platform at the beach too to relax at. Definitely hoping to stay here again.

Lovely romantic escape
We will definitely be returning! The suite was modern and spacious with a beautiful ocean view. Most daytime hours were spent on the beach lounging in the cabana beds or at the pool. Very relaxing atmosphere but still high-end. The best part was the amazing staff. At both of the restaurants we were treated so well experienced the warm Turkish hospitality.

Es war in Ordnung, leider fand ich unser Zimmer nicht wirklich sauber und das Personal war zum Teil nicht wirklich freundlich und nicht hilfsbereit aber im ganzen war es okey. Was komisch war, unser Zimmer war direkt vor einer der beiden Poolanlagen, nur die wurde anscheinend fremdvermietet und wir durften die Anlage nicht benutzen bzw. mussten bezahlen um sie nutzen zu können.

Pros and cons
Hotel is on lovely grounds, however it is a place for couples who are happy hear loud music all day and night (whatever room you are located in). Nightclub on sight which means the nights are gonna be busy as it seems to be the place to go for partygoers from all over Alanya. However the plus points are worth mentioning, rooms nice and spacious with good shower, Plunge pool access room nice to come and chill and enjoy the hot weather, location is brilliant as right on the beach and SPA was a nice experience too.

This is really a quality resort for adults. I would come again for sure. The rooms are excellent also with a memorable view. Staff are very polite and service is perfect.

Like fint som på bildene!
Vi tilbrakte en uke på Day One i slutten av mai, og er veldig fornøyd! Dette er et helt nytt (2022) og lekkert hotell vi trygt kan anbefale. Vi hadde rom rett ved bassenget (swim in), og det var helt nydelig! Beach Club rett ved stranda byr på deilig mat og drikke - digg smoothie blant annet! Hotellet har et godt utstyrt treningsrom. Vi testet ikke ut spaet, men dersom der står i stil med resten av hotellet - er det nok fantastisk det også. Hyggelig personale. Restauranten (Origin) har helt ok mat - du kan fint spise der en kveld, men prøv ut andre restauranter også. Kan anbefale Seasons restaurant som ligger ca. 9 minutter til fots mot Alanya.

Prior to arriving there was an issue with our booking and we contacted Expedia requesting these changes. Expedia informed us that they tried contacting the hotel several times with no response. When we arrived the cafeteria was under construction, so they would bring us food to our rooms every morning. There is no table in our room, only one bed in the middle, so we were forced to eat our food on the bed. One time we spilled some tea on the side, but thats not our fault, because the cafeteria was under construction and we had no table AT ALL in our room. During checkout they said you have to pay 15 euros because you spilled, but they fail to realize, nothing was our fault! You should have provided a table or fixed your cafeteria construction, imagine how many other guests were eating on the bed and charged at the end as well! Then the lady at the front said we will provide transport to the airport. Mind you, my wife lives in Turkey and knows how much everything costs. A 45 minute drive will be approximately 500TL which is approximately 25 euros at the time. The lady told us there shuttle service is 75 euros. Then she warned us "don't take the taxis, they will charge 100 euros for 45 minutes". I was laughing in my head, because she was doing her best to rob us of more money. Following my decline of their shuttle, I was charged the 15 euros! They are all just trying their best to scam you, I would not recommend this hotel.

Dear guest, first of all, we apologize for the problems you experienced. We would like to inform you about the reservation problem you have experienced that Expedia has not contacted us. On the reservation page you have made, before arriving to the hotel you are able to contact us more easily with any reservation problems you have experienced, from the message tab we have sent to you before. On the other hand, we would like to explain that you have a chairs and table in your room it has located exactly behind of your bed and additionally, at the balcony you have table. Almost every day when you come to the hotel reception our Front Office workers and Manager could try to contact with you but you did not convey any of your problems to us. For the transportation you asked about transfer fees was for Antalya Airport. The total departure time from our hotel to Antalya airport is 2:30 hours. About the fee information, you were told as 60 . The distance you mentioned is Gazipasa Airport and its fee is 40 . We would like to point out that these prices are V.I.P transfers as we have told you before. We would like you to consider that the fees vary between companies and the quality of service provided. Also we would like to share with you that the prices change according to today's conditions. We did not direct you to keep a compulsory transfer arrangement. We did not make any suggestions for you not to take a taxi, we just informed you that taxis do not take you less than around 90 - 100 to Antalya. Furthermore, regarding the price of the sheet that we have received from you without any profit, we have shown you the sheets that you have rendered unusable with pictures. We did not forcefully charge you. In such cases, the standard procedure applied by other all hotels is applied. I regret to state your comment that I don't find it justified. Teşekkürler
Oda, odanın temizliği, balkonu, kahvaltısı, denizi çok güzeldi. Odanın içinde yer alan özel havuz küçük fakat yeterli. Havuz kenarında küçük bir koltuk var, sohbet için güzel bir alan. Spa açık değildi. Yine de keyifli ve güzel vakit geçirdik.
