Super service, og et par men’er....
Servicen her er i top, men vær opmærksom på at hvis du rejser i vintermånederne, så er poolen utrolig kold ( ikke opvarmet) og der er ikke så mange timers sol ved poolen. Tilgengæld er der en lille hyggelig strand med strandbar. Hotellet ligger i et område, hvor der bliver bygget i øjeblikket, men det er ikke forstyrrende. Og der er ikke mulighed for at spise andre steder end på hotellets restauranter. En taxa til andre restauranter koster dog ikke det store. Morgenmadsbuffeten har et kæmpe udvalg, men kvaliteten er ikke særlig god. Men prisen vi gav ifht hotellet, så har vi intet at klage over:-)

Super lækkert hotel, men elendig beliggenhed.
Hotellet er super godt. Dejlige værelser, fin service, fantastisk morgenmadsbuffet og middagsmad. Havvandet ved stranden er ofte meget beskidt pga. byggerier i området. Vi havde halv dårligt vejr, og så er der absolut intet at foretage sig i området, man skal køre meget langt med taxa for at komme til byområde. På Hotels.com, bør man oplyse at hotellet er et Non-alcohol hotel.

Nice hotel with few fundamental problems
Hotel generally nicely built, clean and beautiful. The room was large and comfortable. The beach was beautiful and clean, and the staff was most helpful and friendly. Yet, a few things were not good enough for their 5 stars: Firstly, we both got diarrhoea and vomiting after eating the food in the restaurants and had to spend 36 hours in the room closely by the toilet. This could be possibly be due to the fact that kitchen staff although using gloves for preparing food, didn't take off these gloves when doing other chores - and even put them in their pockets walking around the grounds. Secondly, after 10 o'clock no pool or beach sun beds were available. It shouldn't be hard to calculate the number of beds needed based on the amount of rooms. Lastly, the food in the restaurant included in the half board was poor quality. Although a large selection of dishes were available every night, they were tasteless and uninteresting. Not good enough for a 5 star hotel. Expedia did not include any details regarding the non-alcohol policies of the hotel - which came as quite a surprise for us, who enjoy a glass of wine or a beer with our food when on vacation! Trying to compensate for this by visiting the neighboring hotel for dinner with a drink, we were asked to pay 150 AED just to be let into the hotel grounds.

Non alcoholic hotel is not something that we should take negatively but an added value to the place where we serve alcohol. On the other hand, we offer alternative beverages based on natural ingredients like fresh fruits, raw vegetables and cool herbal tea mixtures. Despite the above, we are glad that you are satisfied with the structure of the hotel and beach, the rooms, the cleanliness and appreciated the hospitality of our staff. It a nice hotel located in Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khimah, it is quite hotel to spend a few days, the staff in the reception are friendly and they welcome everyone with a smile , thanks to Said and Rahima, the room was excellent and located in the center facing the sea, we loved to have a nice relaxing time in this hotel.

Resort for families with an all-inclusive vibe
Had a one day stay and did not eat anything at the hotel so cannot comment on all facilities. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was large and felt modern. I particularly liked the large balcony and seating area. In-room service looked good although I never tried it. The hotel got a bit of all-inclusive vibe with fairly loud music at the pool.

Location is good, however the staff need more training. I felt like they are treating me as a one visit client. I would voluntarily come back to hotel unless there is a motivation from the hotel ( offer, good price…etc.)

Older Rooms than you'd expect-odd.
Was surprising to find it a very old feeling hotel in its room accommodations. Lacked plugs by the bed, little things like that...Found the wifi a bit "iffy" my 1st room, bed was awkward, phone didn't work, sink leaked. Front desk was gracious enough to change my room and 2nd room still had a non-functional phone but a nicer view and I appreciated they're willingness to move me with no hassle. Still, rooms feel very "old school" and not so much in the cute or quaint way.

Excellent staff and service. I didn't like the fact that the resort is "dry" (no alcohol) and don't think this was made clear to me enough when booking. Available TV channels were very poor. For a 5 Star Resort, I would have expected much better choice, including much more live sport and movies.

Loved our stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, we had the buffet breakfast and it was great! There are limited dining options on the resort, besides the buffet, so we just ordered take out. My understanding was that there is a private beach but it’s not easily accessible. We didn’t see it when we walked around.

Stayed there the 3rd time and each time is better. The room cleaning guys are amazing. Everyone around is amazing. They wont hassel you for tips or anything. Always smile. Always eager to help. Abs love the way the staff makes everyone welcome. Got a good upgrade. So that was good. Food was ok. Wont rate it the best but the rest of the hotel is just amazing

Nice Facilities but medium Service Level.
Hotel rooms were good with nice balconies, TV should allow for connecting external inputs easily. We booked the hotel for availability of indoor pool since outdoor water is cold now, however children were not allowed in indoor pools and no mention of this online at booking. Published times for Gym, Pirates Club etc are not right they open later and close earlier. Room Service was extremely unprofessional calling us 3 times to correct their offers and then advising lack of availability after 30min. Hotel does not check the requests made at booking, totally unaware. Check-in is slow but they did give us an upgrade for one room with a little extra space. Beach is a shuttle ride or 5-10min walk outside the hotel. Generally, nice rooms and combination of facilities but lack of management attention to details and quality of services.

اول غرفة استلمتها كان التكيف عطلان ولكن تم تغير الغرفة بعد ساعه رائحة الاثاث كريهة جدا والاثاث قديم ومتهالك تسجيل الوصول استغرق وقت المسبح الخارجي غير نظيف البحر خارج الفندق يحتاج مشي 5دقايق للسباحة

I’m honestly disappointed with this stay. I had high hopes but feel as if I were deliberately misled. When I arrived to check in, it was so busy. I parked myself as there was no valet service. Parking in the garage was a nightmare. When I arrive at the lobby, I’m helped quickly to get checked in. I’m offered an “upgrade” to a class of room underneath the one I paid for. Eventually the guy found me a room with a balcony. The room was spacious with a separate living area and bedroom. However, the AC in the bedroom didn’t work. I called the maintenance and he came to fix it. When he fixed the bedroom one, the living room AC stopped working. It was registering more than 24C even though it was set on 20C. The man was condescending, telling me it’s working and it just needs time. The air would change to cool eventually. They left. Next I went to put my belongings in the safe to find it not working either. By now, I’m frustrated. I’m tired from traveling to this hotel and things not working as they should. I go to the front desk and ask for a different room. A different man comes to help and tells me that there are no rooms. That I’m American and love the heat. So the AC not working shouldn’t be a big deal. He tells me he doesn’t have any room available. When I ask for a refund, he magically finds another room in my category. Why make me argue? Now let’s talk the beach. It claims it’s beachfront. In fact, the beach is really across a 6 lane road behind a fence.
