Apartment OK but area it is in is awfull. There was building work noise 24 hours and therefore little sleep. No notification of this on booking or wouldn't have gone. Food served in Sports Bar took an hour to arrive and was cold. Had to be sent back and even then was not the best.

Dear Ian, Thank you for choosing to stay with us and taking the time to give us your valuable feedback and also for participating in our online hotel questionnaire. I will reiterate my previous response - we have filed complaints with the local police and Municipality regarding the building work and have asked for a meeting to stress our concerns as our guests satisfaction is of paramount importance to us. Regarding the food, our Food & Beverage Manager has looked into this matter and s working with the team to prevent this from occurring in the future. Please accept my most sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused during your stay. Excellent Managment
I stayed at this hotel for one night , nice apartment , helpful staff , Helpful General Manager Mr Karim to solve any problem , I thank him so much , near lulu mall , Parking available , new hotel , Full kitchen , nice hall and rooms , Good view , but need little more decoration and lights
