Αγαπητή Κα Maria, σας ευχαριστούμε για το χρόνο που ξοδέψατε να γράψετε τη γνώμη σας σε δημοσιο χώρο. Το επώνυμο σας? Σε ποιο δωμάτιο μείνατε? Γιατί δεν εκφράσατε το προβληματισμό σας εδώ κοντά μας, ανθρώπινα και με ευγένεια? Σας φάνηκε στη μικρή μας οικογενειακή επιχείρηση να μην είμαστε ευγενικοί ή να μην σεβόμαστε το κάθε άνθρωπο, επισκέπτη? Δίνουμε όλο μας το ΕΙΝΑΙ και τη ψυχή μας στο να περνάνε τέλεια όλοι οι επισκέπτες που μας τίμησαν με τον ερχομό τους. O δημόσιος χώρος κριτικών πιστεύουμε βρίσκεται στη διάθεση όλων προς ενημέρωση, εξέλιξη και επικοινωνία ΠΑΝΤΑ με σεβασμό προς το συνάθρωπο. Ας μην χάνουμε την ανθρωπιά μας, πίσω από ένα nickname και να εκφράζουμε μένος εις βάρος καποιων ανθρώπων που προσπαθούν, δουλεύουν ή μιας οικογενειακής επιχείρησης που έχει μόνο χαρούμενους επισκέπτες. Η δική μας εκδοχή λοιπόν σε αυτά που γράφετε: Το "αρκετά ασυντήρητο" μπορεί μόνο να συμβεί σε τέλος σεζον (γδάρσιμο τοίχου από βαλίτσα, γραντουνιές σε έπιπλα κτλ). Το "άλλο δεκαετία" είναι θέμα γούστου - είμαστε ένα παραδοσιακό, νησιωτικό, οικογενειακό ξενοδοχείο (νέο κρεββάτι, νέο κούφωμα, νέα έπιπλα) - η διακόσμηση είναι σχετική για το καθένα. Εμάς και των εκατοντάδων τακτικών επισκεπτών μας ικανοποιεί. Για το μπάνιο δεν είσασταν σαφείς. Για τη καθαριότητα δεν το δεχόμαστε - ναι υπάρχει πάντα και ο παράγοντας ανθρώπινου λάθους αλλά απλά αν κρατάτε μια υγιή επικοινωνία με τη ρεσεψιόν θα τρέξουμε όσες φορές χρειαστεί κοντά σας και στο δωμάτιο προς πλήρη τακτοποίηση και άριστη εξυπηρέτηση. Το σχέση ποιότητας - τιμής παρακαλώ αν δεν έχετε ξενοδοχειό καλύτερα να μην έχετε άποψη (όταν έχουν περάσει τρία χρόνια κρίσης στο τουρισμό, δύο Covid-19, ένα έτος με συνεχείς αυξήσεις σε ρεύμα - υλικών και όταν έχετε κλείσει μέσω γραφείου με προμήθεια και υψηλή φορολογία). Η τοποθεσία μας σας άρεσε? Το κρεββάτι μας? Το νέο κούφωμα? Το WiFi? To Α/C? H γειτονιά? Η ησυχία? Λυπούμαστε για τη διάθεσή σας. Σας ευχόμαστε ένα υπέροχο φθινόπωρο. Να χαίρεστε όλους σας τους αγαπημένους, την οικογένειά σας. Good morning from Aegina island. Thank you for your stay in our family run business. We would appreciate to have your name instead of being Anonymous so we can understand more of your intentions and thoughts. Shouldn't this review service be helpful for all and not just a public place where people express their negativeness or a bad mood?? Why didn't you book our more expensive room with sea view? Why didn't you book for more days? Didn't you want to stay for one day after all? 95% of our guests stay more than one day. Didn't you enjoy our free upgrade to a larger room? Didn't you like that we followed your instruction to offer a room close to ground floor cause you couldn't get inside an elevator? Why didn't you ask a room in upper floor with better view? Didn't you book a room with garden view? Didn't you enjoy our smile and kindness?? Didn't you enjoy our new beds? We can only speculate. Dear guest, we promise that all our fridges work perfectly. You just need to contact the hotel and the owners if you think something is misfuctional. Then you could be more correct about a review. All our fridges just need to be plugged in power. Also an anonymous review is not really helping towards a healthy and prosperous relationship. Anonymous comments just complicate and do not really help any reader. If you could let a hotel know of anything you think doesn't work during your stay that could really help more. Our guests not usually complain about our shower's size. We are sorry you felt like that. We are here 24h to help all our guests and we have received 7 awards of hospitality the last two years. Hello our dear Robin from Sweden, thank you for your stay in our hotel. We hoped for a 10 in your review for our extra service as everybody are happy in our hotels (usually we get a 10). We hope we knew what you would need for 4 more points. We were happy to see your girlfriend enjoying our fig fruits from our garden and we helped you to keep your luggage safe in our reception.
