"The location is fabulous, the apartment is fantastic and amenities great. The beds were not great, very uncomfortable. They advertise luggage storage and before we checked in they stored our luggage and then took it to our room when the room was ready, that was awesome, but when we asked for luggage storage on our check out we were told we would have to pay. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Really good stay. Had an issue with the bathroom plug and was able to speak to someone straight away. Very hot in the apartment, especially the bathroom. Another fan or two would have been great. Only issue was in the parking area, very tight to get out the space when all spaces were being used. Walkable to everywhere if interest. Would recommend and stay again. "

"ved ankomst til hotellet blev vi tildelt et stort, kedeligt værelse på -1 etagen. Vi havde bestilt med udsigt til haven. Vi havde udsigt til en mur. Lokalet lugtede af klorin og vi så en mus løbe lige uden for vinduet, som vi så ikke ville "turde" åbne. Ved klage til receptionen blev vi så tildelt et værelse på 3. sal med udsigt til domkirken og til Citywall. Et dejligt værelse med flot badeværelse. Ellers var det jo et dejligt hotel, som vi gerne besøger igen. Dejlige lokaler. Helt som beskrevet. Dejlig morgenmad. Personalet ydede god service."
