"Really enjoyed this property. It was clean and seems to have had some updates since the photos were posted on the site. For our quick trip, this was a perfect place to rest in the evenings. Loved the balcony on the lake. Few Cons… dresser seemed to be broken and the glass stove top had a pretty major crack in it, so I was scared to use that. Overall we really did enjoy this property and we plan on saving this one for future trips to the area. Also the owner was very kind."

"House was as anticipated. Adequate room, clean and well set up. Two blocks to the ocean or the central road. The only surprise was a small very busy restaurant across the street from the home. Live Music on Tuesday night that went till well after 11 pm. Fortunately the house and location made up for a pretty loud neighbor."

"We are so happy that we chose to stay at this property for our extended stay in Kiawah. The unit had everything we needed and was perfect for our group of two couples. We loved both the mornings and evenings on the large Oceanside patio and it was an easy walk to the beach each day. Had a few questions before the trip and the property manager was extremely quick to respond. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Kiawah and hope to return soon!"

"We arrived at the property in the early evening and after a long day of travel some of our party wanted nothing more than a good bath/shower. However much to our surprise there was no hot water! As it was after business hours the phone number we were given for contact just went to voicemail. "Property was very clean and comfortable. We had an extremely difficult year so we wanted peace and quiet and that's exactly what we got. Would highly recommend staying here if you need to relax and decompress. The ocean was too cold for swimming. It would have been over the top with access to a heated pool but still a wonderful place to stay."

"I and my two buddies stayed for a week and really enjoyed our stay. The configuration is perfect for friends or family. Everyone gets their own bedroom and bathroom. I love the location - just a short walk to the fun on Center Street and Folly Beach but far enough away to provide peace and quiet. "Serenity is the place to stay if you’ll looking for a facility that offers quietness, sense of comfort and warmth. All amenities are provided and beds are so comfortable. "I read a lot of reviews for this place before booking. It’s not an understatement that it does get a little noisy at night. But I wouldn’t say it kept me up. I would highly recommend staying here. It’s easy to get to and walk anywhere else on Folly. Nice and close to Charleston too, with a much more laid back vibe."

"We were overall pleased with the house and the property. But my main concern was the hot tub was broken and it was dirty. And the hot tub and being on the beach was what we both were looking forward to. Next time someone stays there, you may want to check the maintenance on the hot tub and make sure it’s working properly and very clean to me that’s important"
