"Everything was very good, but the electricity generater made so much noice during the night, it was very frustrating. But everything else was very pleasant, clean and nice. The placement of the hotel was perfect too! I loved the little kitchen and the huge bed. Would definitely go again."

"It was nice having a pool and a refrigerator. The air conditioner didn't cool our room to the degree we set it. A gym on the next street plays loud music in the morning. Although the staff is pleasant and most speak English, sometimes no one is around and the water is often empty. Even so, I still would stay there again as the place is in a good location at the edge of town, the price is good, and the grounds are really beautiful."

"We spent our last two nights here before heading into the city of Tulum and it was the perfect quiet and calm environment we needed before the hustle and bustle of the city. We stayed in the room with the kitchenette, although some amenities weren’t working such as the kettle, we weren’t bothered by it since we mostly needed the stove top to boil water anyways. "It was in a great location. We stayed inside a jungle in a cabin like room. However they need to improve the services and amenities inside the room. It has lack of lighting, one fan at the corner is not sufficient, no paper towel, bin inside the room. There was no shampoo or conditioner other than the body wash. The bed was stinky, not enough hangers. Overall the amenities need to be improved a lot based on the rent they are charging."

Par contre loin de tout, nous avons l'option de louer un vélo mais les routes sont en mauvais état dans ce secteur donc c'était plus ou moins pratique. Mais sinon pour le prix ça en vaut la peine! "

"Noelli, the front desk assistant was incredibly helpful and wonderful. All of the staff were great! Pros: location, location, location! Super awesome setting. Staff were all amazing. Cons: molt on tents (everything here has molt, it's inevitable with the environment). The first night it was difficult to sleep. The lack in being able to take a shower when we wanted - no hot water. We had to wait on the water tanks to refill. That was inconvenient but overall not a big deal. Overall, great...

"This is an apartment not a hotel. The room is tastefully decorated and has a decent bathroom. The building entrance is on an unpaved alley that is not well lit in the evening. There were mouse or rat droppings outside the door, though no evidence of them in the room. It is located on a busy highway, with large trucks that can cause the windows to rattle. This is about 15 minute walk from where the nice restaurants in Tulum are located and about a 30 minute bike ride to the beach area."

"Javier was so friendly. The Aunty who makes breakfast was also super sweet. The two of them made us feel very welcome. The room was nice and clean. Probably one of the nicest budget places I've stayed. I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again. We love you Javier!"

Be aware that there is not much in the immediate area. A person has to walk or find a way to get to anything around there. Might make sense to Rent a bike, but we didn’t do that .
