"There were shuttles available to and from places we wanted to explore closer to the hotel, with the option to scan a QR code to track its location for when you want to leave (though I had issues using this). There is a bus stop located across the street and one a little further up. The staff were able to help us with any navigation/questions we had. "We had a great week at this hotel. Overall it was a very positive experience! Excellent service, clean and pretty room, and the room was very spacious, which was one of the initial reasons for choosing this hotel in particular. The only minor issue was the sink in our bathroom seemed fill up with water when washing hands etc and take a very long time to empty itself again. But that’s really it. Would definitely recommend! "

"One of my favourite hotels in the world. Love the service, friendliness and hospitality. The restaurants are great and the selection, and quality of food and drinks are amazing. "浴缸超大，小朋友玩得很開心。酒店沒想像中那麼多兒童玩樂。只是游泳池我的小朋友箱得好玩。playground 太細了。小朋友玩了一會兒已經說很無聊。建議酒店要設計多些for兒童的遊玩設施。早晨自助餐質素滿意，款式多。吸引。晚餐能在房間叫room dinner，這設計要大讚。方便有小朋友的家庭。房間設施很足夠滿意。尤其是咖啡機。"

"The service at front desk upon arrival was terrible, receptionist with an attitude. Moreover, the cleaning could be improved, e.g. bathroom mirror was not properly cleaned after previous guests. In general, not a hotel that should be rated with four stars. Nonetheless, the room was fairly modern, price was reasonable, and the hotel is well-located in Hong Kong."

"OK hotel, but some things detract from the overall experience. As in many hotels in the area, the room was very small. Not even room for a sink in the bathroom (there is one in the room, though). Toilet placed in an extremely narrow nook, so it is very uncomfortable. Bed is very hard as in many Asian hotels. Interior dated and worn, but survivable for a few days.
